I go purchase them and while this older gentlemen is going to get the item for me, "Roger" comes from behind one of the back aisle, and asked "Am I being helped ". I said yes I am. So I pay for the whippers, than I ask "Can I have roger help put them on for me". Keep in mind he just asked me if I needed to be helped 1min ago. I can see him in the back aisle doing nothing. He tells the older gentleman that is ringing people up, when he asked him to do it, that " He never said he would put them on himself". When it is his job to assist and HELP! Especially when "ROGER WASEN'T EVEN DOING ANYTHING AT ALL. YET HE WANTED TO TURN AWAY FROM HELPING EVEN WHEN HE JUST ASKED ME IF I NEED HELP AND WHEN I DID HE MADE A PISS POOR REASONING TO NOT HELP, SO THAN WHAT IS HE GETTING PAID FOR? Than the older gentlemen went back to ringing people up, and the woman that works there took the initiative to say" ILL DO IT". Even when she was busy finishing ringing people up. After she was done I looked back in the store window and "Roger" was still standing around doing nothing. For him to come to work and only want to clearly just answer the phone and ringing people up, but forget to do the other half of the job which is going outside and give assistance like he's paid to do, and than wants to pick and choose what he does, than while everyone else is occupied he wants to hand things off on them with is not ok!!! To the woman that works here that is going over and beyond and doing what the men get paid to do and should do and can do and rather she's busy or not she seeks to help. "Roger" iS lazy as hell, he's not a good team member, and to say he never said he was going to do it but he said "YEAH WE CAN" which he ment the people that work there and last time I checked, HE WORKS THERE!! THANK YOU TO THE OLDER GENTLEMEN, he was white and the WOMAN also who was white. I don't remember there names so I just wanted to point out who they are. Id rather go to NAPA before I deal with Autozone. I'M never going to this location again due to "ROGER"!!!

I've been to the store two times in the last two days and every time I've come in they've been super friendly and hospitable. They even offered us lunch while we were there one day with leftovers from their own meals! Who does that in 2025. Even the sign on the front door tells you something about the character of the store. If I ever do get one of these big fancy trucks, I'm definitely bringing it here. If you are lucky enough to work with Daniel, you will NOT be disappointed. He takes GREAT pride in his work and is an amazing human. My business partner has done multiple modifications to his truck here and he's even brought it here for a second truck. If you're looking for anything to be done to your truck, this is a spot to go to in the DFW area. Highly recommend The spot.

I called to ask about it, and they just said that I should probably get another alignment done. After spending about $8k with them, I would have expected them to offer to do another alignment after the first was really off. Everyone there was super nice and helpful before the job, but pretty disappointed that they didn't offer to sort the alignment after calling.

Our Toyota Corolla's engine light came on and then the car stopped turning on at all. We were worried that it would be a huge issue and weren't able to take it to the dealership. Scheduling was super easy and quick. DFW Mobile Repair came to our home promptly at their scheduled time, and they did a great job communicating with us before, during, and after the service. It turns out it was a corroded battery. The price for the diagnostic and the service he completed was a fair price and I felt we were in good hands with honest mechanics. The technician even suggested we take the battery to autozone since it should still be under warranty and that is just what we did (they replaced it free of charge). Our car is back in business and we won't hesitate to use them again if the need should arise.
