This place is a gold nugget! It's a standalone building with its own parking lot off of Irving Park Road. We've have always been happy coming here when we have to get parts of our older cars like my mom's car Prius which is 2013. We've had windshield wipers replaced, windshield fluids, little lightbulbs purchases and installed free of charge...but we always tip for their labor which is free. Today We really needed our main headlight to be replaced quick because we didn't want to get pulled over for a broken headlight. You see...We got a quote from a local mechanic shop that told us they would have to remove the entire bumper just to get to the headlight to replace it. In my fifty plus years of owning and having vehicles repaired i have never had what happened at Pep Boys done to me. Some how I had 4 lug nuts and bolts damaged and needed repair. it came to $124.79 which is about the cost of tire rotation and alignment. The shop gave me 4 lug nuts which they claim were damaged. i was able to put all 4 lug nuts on the vehicle without any problem. They are deceptive and seem to be more interested in making sure i will never use their service again. I would leave a zero but the rating system requires a star.

The moral of the point is that they're very honest and before you get sucked into the dealership by what needs to be done, make sure you price it out with an honest mechanic like Sanjay.
