This was the nearest auto parts store, so I pulled in, and was pleasantly surprised how neat and clean and well-organized this place is. And a friendly greeting from the guy behind the counter to boot. Bought the wiper, and when offered to have it installed - yes, please! So out we went, into the cold, wet night. Shame on me for not getting his name, but the guy was having a hard time getting the new wiper to snap in, so he went back inside to get another thingie. (Sorry. Don't know what it actually was.) Problem solved, and I was on my way, safely able to see through a clean windshield. Excellent service!

I received less than half my order. They now tell me the remaining items are on back order and I will not receive them for seven or eight months. The problem was the two front bucket seats had already been upholstered. I asked if I could send just the Backseat back since it was the wrong one. They said the only way they could do an exchange was for me to un-upholster my front seats. and send everything back. Absolutely ridiculous. This once was a good company. They've gotten too big and they just don't care anymore.

In this zone I will tell…read moreyou that this store is a national chain which provides cheap and efficient auto parts, not only to motorists, but also to mechanics and garages. When mechanics are using Autozone, you know they must be good. This location has fixed my "stuff" on several occasions. Putting in headlights for me, checking on belts, sorting out fuses, you name it. In the heat of the summer, or the coldest day in winter, they replaced headlamp bulbs for me. They never accept tips (except for the one guy, who did, but I'm not mentioning any names) and it's gotten to the point that I come to this store for minor auto parts before I go to any other. Now it's the end of the review, which is known as the "Outrozone." I hope you have enjoyed reading.
