WalkeD away after 10 mins standing there observing a lot of nothing. Always a horrible experience at this location!! The over friendly security that stands in the door way conducting personal chats with customers while the seemingly incompetent employees and manager watch people waiting to pay line up. It came here in need of a battery for my car fob or my keyless car starter. As soon as you drive into the parking lot there are a bunch of guys outside of Autozone that scurry toward you like roaches when the lights come on.* Its really annoying because I really just want to go inside of the store and order whatever car part I need. As I stroll pass the roaches begging to change my oil, filter, brakes, rotor, etc., I finally arrive inside of the store. Unfortunately, their plan is to annoy you and tell you to wait online so they can help you. *Sidebar- there is no one inside of the store.* An employee, finally asked to help me and I tell her I need a battery. She ask me size and model battery as I asked her for help. Not for nothing, but I have no damn clue. I look it up and an employee decides to help me and we made the same discovery. I buy 2 batteries for $7.99 instead of 1 battery for $5.99. (If your looking for a fob battery it's right in front of the desk to order parts). He helps me to replace it as well. Thank you kindly. After paying and then going back outside the light comes on again and the roaches reappear. I'm so confused on why I am being harrassed once again. No thanks and goodbye. My 2 star review is for the male employee who helped me and them having my battery. This is the worst Autozone in America. They take extremely long to help you, workers are taking their sweet time waltzing around doing nothing. If you don't want to be there, quit! The parking lot is a mess, they finally put an end to the moonlighters and drunks that used to pest people for work. This is a disgrace, corporate needs to take a visit!!! I never write reviews but I had to for this place. The level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. I came here to replace a battery for a new one. First I was told that they didn't have that battery. But they did and they just have people who don't know how to work the system. Next was I had to wait an 2 hours to "charge" my old battery first to see if it works if not I will receive a new battery free of charge. Meanwhile they knew the battery didn't work cause the test literally said "bad battery". After that I came back, they told me the battery don't work and I don't have warranty, making me waste 2 hours and pay for the new battery. At one point the manager told me "I'm holding up people can I hurry up?". This whole place should get shut down, and a whole new management. Straight garbage. Don't waste your time. read more

If I could give zero I would of. The service is very poor. Dropped off a battery to charge waited over 2 hours when I came to pick it up I was told the machine was not working. When I ask the lady why someone didn't call she said that's not gonna happen, so why take my number. The level of professional is very bad. Will never use AutoZone again. read more

I have yet to have an experience where the Customer rep acted as though he was doing me a favor and was put-out that I was intruding on him. there're "freelance mechanics" that lurk the parking lot. there's a security guard that kick em out, but at the same time they have a symbiotic relationship, and when i asked if they had anyone to change the alternator i was buying, they said no but they could point me to someone, and it was to one of the parking lot mechanics. at first they seemed kinda like scammers, and i'm still not sure about it all... i started trying to change the alternator myself, not wanting to pay $70 or $50 to have one of those guys do it. i ended up spending 3 1/2 hrs working with mainly one of the mechanics, who would also call over help from the other guys, they seemed like they were into what they were doing, and had tools and jacks, etc. it did take 3 1/2 hrs to change an alternator, which some say should be faster, but there were a lot of factors, the battle to undo extra tight bolts, cables and other objects things in the way, the belt is a pain... etc. etc. but it eventually got done, and to me is a bit better than dropping a car off, going back and forth to pick it up, and not having the car all day. in the end the guy wanted $50, so i gave it to him, he was friendly and helpful, but not the most experienced mechanic. autozone also had the best price for the alternator i could find in brooklyn read more

I went for a diagnostic and it showed that I need an o2 sensor. Ok brought the piece so my mechanic can fix it, and guess What? I was given the wrong piece. Anyhow, brought it back to Auto Zone and a one of the workers named KENNETH looked for the actually piece I needed. He claimed the other piece is better quality and I'm like ok is it the same type of piece? I was just asking a question but damn did I really deserve being disrespected since I'm the customer? He got upset said "HE IS NOT DEALING WITH THIS, NEXT CUSTOMER" and walked away. I was so shocked, I told the manager KUWAISE but I doubt he will do anything about it... I will not be going back there. The AutoZone in coney island to me is better. read more

I went to this store to pickup a car battery from another store. The manager from the other store called and spoke to the manager at this store to verify price and availability. After l arrived at the store the manager refuse to honor the price match and discount. This was not my first undesirable experience at this store. The manager was very inconsiderate and showed no compassion for my time wasted. That's twice at this store there will not a third time l strongly recommend go to a different store for your auto needs. Besides there is always lines there and long waits. read more
