Went with my wife bc it seemed her battery was running low. I got Carl D. From this auto zone to check her battery. It turns out the battery was at its end of life. We purchased a new battery and Carl D was supper helpfull and patient as it was over 90 degrees and the cars battery location was not in the most convenient place and he never complained. If anything his attitude made us feel well taken care of. We need more Carl D workers in this world. read more

Auto Parts Call it 2.5 stars Need to do some minor maintenance or are you a grease monkey? Autozone should be able to help you either way. Located on Hypoluxo, this location just seems depressing - I will attribute it to the lighting which is just too yellow or something. I don't know what it is for sure but it just seems like you walked into another parallel. In any case, you are here for auto parts and not quantum physics, so find the items you need either in the self-service are which has the more common stuff: oil, windshield wipers, anti-freeze and the like or, if you need to get to something more involved, hit up the guy behind the counter. The guys there are hit or miss to be honest. Older fellow works, but slowly. Younger guy tends to just sit there on his phone and ignore you. Typically they have what I am looking for and I just pay and leave- there really is no hospitality here so it is, more or less, a completely silent experience. Parking lot available. read more

Went to Autozone to get some windshield wipers since it was about time to change them. I never thought that an auto store can be so busy. I didn't know what was best for my car. It took about 20 mins in line to get help, they were that busy. I needed help installing them so I waited another 20 mins to get some help. A different guy helped install my wipers, he was very quick and was very nice. It's decent customer service, I just wish there would have been more help, it was a Monday which is crazy to me hahaha. read more

Just had great experience buying a new battery. The associate Michael was a pleasure to work with. My wife's car is a Mazda Miata with very very little room to work around to install new battery. Michael was much more professional and patient putting in the battery then I would have been LOL. Now I'm back on the road. read more

Gianni and Kat were terrific with helping me solve my battery problem. They were courteous, fast and 100% able to diagnose the problem and solve it. I highly recommend you use this Autozone store on Hypoluxo Rd. Thank you again! read more

It's like these people are the greatest grandpas, dads, and annoying brothers around. They joke around but get me everything I need and when able they will even install the small parts for me. Customer service has always been grade A. This is not fast food - and they don't have a drive through. But if you are patient with them they will cater and help you as much as humanly possible. read more

I had my battery changed by a really helpful gentleman named Angel which suits his character perfectly. He went outside to check my what model my car was. Told me about the leaks that should've been fixed by my dealership and explained to me the different parts of my car that needs to be checked in and refilled. Overall just an outstanding man. This is the second time I was helped here after breaking down about two years ago in the neighboring parking lot and received helpful service then to. read more

Went to purchase a battery for my Mercedes Benz fob. Went in line 3 times to get my questions answered. Then the cashiers were rude to an older man that they sold the wrong battery for his car to. So I was telling the man to complain to the manager. The cashier starts talking to me in a rude Tone. On top of that, they sold the wrong battery to me. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Went up the road to Auto Zone in Greenacres, FL. Not only did they exchange the battery but they found the correct battery for me. Once I worked in the store, good afternoon ma'am. I'm disgusted with how I was treated. If you want to be treated like a human being, go to autozone in Greenacres, FL. STORE 2489. read more

It seems like a loooong time since I have encountered remarkable customer service... but a trip to the Hypoluxo Rd Auto Zone provided just that today. My car battery has been struggling to start my car and so I stopped by to have the battery checked and to purchase a new battery, if necessary. A gentleman name 'Angel' cheerfully checked the battery and found it to be substandard. Even though the battery was only about a year old, I was willing (and expecting) to pay full price for a replacement battery since I had jump started that battery scores of times due to a 'parasitic battery drain' that I just recently resolved. Not only did they honor the warranty, Angel actually installed the new battery for me right there on the spot. Not begrudgingly, but with a professional and upbeat attitude. You can be certain that this store will be receiving my future business. I drove away impressed with both the attitude and the service I received. As I said.... remarkable service. Hard to find these days! read more

Disgraceful customer service. Horrible attitude. If I own the score the manager and three workers be fired. When a customer requests help and the worker does not what they're doing they should be fired I have been shopping at AutoZone recently when I get my car detailed but I will never again shop in their store!!! Went back to see if they could redeem themselves!!!! AGAIN! I bought a socket and fuel stabilizer today 1/16/2018 and realized when I got home I grabbed the 1/2" drive by mistake. I returned within two hours with the socket that I had broke the plastic hang portion of the case, they refused to switch it for the right one until I threatened to call Chase and contest the charge then they agreed. This is the MOST AMAZING auto parts store I have ever been to. I have to say, I was a bit stunned when I walked in and it was all females working there. They were all amazing and made me see and feel like I could do these things on my car also. I needed a new brake light bulb, and troy came out of the store and assisted putting the bulb in for me. He also gave me a qoute for the 3rd brake light and offered assistance in putting that in as well. His assistance was very much appreciated during this trying time. Thank you troy! read more

It seems that every time that I come into this store for just something simple like a wiper blade they do not have what I am looking for. I have tried on 6 separate events to just pop in and get an item but each time no luck. The staff is no help and is easily distracted. I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way than to spend a single penny in this store. read more

I just read an earlier review that capsulized exactly why I have a problem with this place. I don't need a grandpa, dad, or annoying brother with "happy talk" to check me out. I need someone who can politely get me out of their in less than 15 minutes with only one guy in line in front of me. One check-out person, two customers, and I had to wait while some old codger rambled on at the check out with an employee only too happy to listen while he rambled on about his life. Now, please keep in mind that I'm an old man too, but even old folks need to get on with their lives at some point. It's good to be polite but it's not necessary to allow customers to practice their language skills with checkout personnel while other customers are waiting ever so patiently behind them. Good God.....it's a great place to buy stuff for your car but you better bring a folding chair to the check out line. read more

I've been coming to this place and its been a good experience except for today. Went this afternoon to pick up some items and the store was filled with plenty of customers. The time to check out took awhile. It seemed like they really do need a designated staff to take care of customers that needs to check out/pay to make everything go smoothly. read more

This has to be the slowest and most unprofessional autozone I've ever been too. Really wish there was no stars to give.

This Autozone has the worst customer service. I bought a car battery here and it was bad less then 3 weeks later. I was out of town when it went bad so I went to a car dealership to have my car checked. They told me the battery was bad and replaced it. I brought the bad battery back the this store where I got it. They would not give me a refund they would only replace the battery. I told them it was replaced at the deal. They would only offer me a new battery. I will never go to a Autozone again. When you go to this store you also need to stay line line for a long time why one person takes car of the customers and the other employees play on their phone and eat at the counter. read more

Good luck getting some one to help you! There were 4 people in the store, one in the commercial customers area on the computer, one walking in the back of the store, and 2 at the cash areas. We asked the man walking around a question on where to find something and he told us to go to the front. After waiting 15mins we were finally helped. We heard the people in the area ask if anyone knew where the guy helping them went. They said he went to look for something and has yet to come back. The lady at the commercial computer never left that area to help anyone, the line was 7 people long. read more

I was almost run over by an Autozone employee walking in the door. He proceeded to get out of his car (leaving his car in front of the door) yelling "You should watch where the F you are going" as I walked in the store. 5 employees witnessed it and did not bat an eye. He went in the back. I called the store back but they would only put me on hold. FOR ALL I know he was the manager. read more

The employees are mostly useless, chit chatting with each other, showing no desire to assist you. Asked a couple that were talking to each other a question and one of them looked at me like what are you doing asking us to assist you, the other gave me some bs answer. Store manager David's service was exemplary. Described an issue with my GMC Acadia headlight and the unique screw heads holding the plastic in place around the wheel well, expecting to be shown the tool needed to remove the screws. On his own initiative, he proceeded to the parking lot and show me how it was done to the point where I was able to replace the headlight bulb myself. Not sure if Auto Zone upper-management reviews customer reviews on Yelp, but David should be recognized as a valued employee. read more

Horrible customer service. Came in to buy a few things. Immediately noticed 4-5 employees in the far corner of the store just chit-chatting it up. They all looked at me, yet made no attempts to get up and assist me or even greet me nor they could care if I were there or not. Lord, knows I would have been a huge inconvenience from them to ask for help.... I walk to the counter to pay, they all look directly at me, and say not a damn word..... I say excuse me, ummmm does someone want to get up and take my money? A lady slowly gets up and rings me out. No thank you, nor come again. This job must be just a social 8hours for them, because no one was doing anything productive in this location. But for a parts salesperson I can't expect too much. read more

I can't complain about the service here. It's not the best I have ever seen, but I have never had a bad experience.
