I went to the tire kingdom at 2770 Military Trail in West Palm Beach to have them evaluate my Michelin tires as I was told by another shop my tires were cupping. I only have 12k miles on my tires and I contacted Michelin and they recommended I go to this place for a tire evaluation. Ron was my service technician and he couldn't have been more thoughtful and educated me regarding how tires wear. As it turns out, my tires are wearing fine based on my mileage to date. I also asked Ron about my brakes and he explained how brakes work and the rust is normal based on Floridas weather and once wet it does disappear and he is so correct about the rust. 1) They sold me 2 front tires, yet 3 months later, they can't repair a flat on one of them, so I need a new tire. 2) I asked for a good condition used tire to be mounted onto my spare tire wheel, and they refused, citing liability issues. Nonsense. There's no liability to an auto repair shop unless the vehicle failure happens at or around the time the vehicle owner pulls out of the repair shop. This place is full of grimy piece of craps.. I bought 4 brand new tires for me vehicle, long story short one of the tires was losing air very frequently and it was only just that one tire. It annoyed me to the point where I made my way over to the store where I got the tires from I explained my issue to the old bold headed genius that works genius there and for the life of me I cannot lie when I tell you that he told me the reason for the tire, losing air is due to climate change. I sat there, and I scratch my head and thought to myself. How is that even a plausible answer. With the reply that he gave me it would mean that all four of my tires should be doing the same thing. Needless to say, I had warran still for the tires. I asked for them to help fix and they declined and gave me some bs response. Do not go to the store.. apparently the workers who are there every day nonstop practically live there are meteorologist and scientist at the same time all but tire experts. Besides the clean waiting area and how nice the staff is, it's just a cover up as they try and squeeze every penny out of you with BS lies on what needs done to your car. I always found it odd that every single time I go there I need this and that and my bill is crazy. I spend half the day there even with an appointment. I was told that I needed four new tires and brakes. I called him out because one tire was not even a year old. I take care of my car and that's a load of crap. I won't ever go back. Sadly I ended up with a flat on my travels through this town and unfortunately the Tire Kingdom I was close to, didn't have a single tire that would work for my SUV and I ended up having to go to this one. They didn't have what I wanted but They did have something comparable. Thankful they got me in and out so quick and there service was top notch. After calling around I found the best price here.... Herbert was the one who helped me today. I am extremely impressed and will go here for my next service... The facility is nice and well kept. They have a TV, coffee, vending machines, clean restroom. It made waiting around a little easier. The service was as promised. It took less than an hour. I desperately needed 2 tires For a Kia forte. With installation and everything included plus warranty it was $164 My 2 other tires were fine they did not try to up sell me on any other products. I've now coming here get oil change and any other things been done couple months ago I got my all new tires if anything major is wrong with my car than I'll take it too the dealership. Coming here makes it easy cause it's near where I live instead of going too the dealership. The longest I've been in here was 2 hrs that's only I was getting more done to my car done that day oil change and new belt. Is it just me or is this company plain rude with customers? Everyone here seems to be in a bad mood day in and day out. Employees are rude to customers. No greeting, not acknowledgment and no sense of urgency. Every customer's request is met with a rebuttal by the employee or manager. It almost seems as if they don't want your business or are trying to have you go elsewhere. Went to store in WPB Forest Hill/Miltary. All I said is I want a battery. Interstate. They sell advertised $99. Guy asks no questions. Hands me a bill to sign $228.64! Looked around. Apprently elderly women are targets. Even tried to charge me $57 for bending over and picking up a battery! Chose the battery he wanted me to have. Parts he claimed was not $99 it was $171.45. The technician Jack did excellent job, store manager Robert Beauchamp is very professional and polite; sale associate Herbert is very friendly funny to work with. Walked in with an appointment. Was not greeted by customer service rep. Stood there maybe 6 minutes then was told someone will be with you shortly. No hello, no welcome to Tire Kingdom nothing. Finally someone says how can I help you? Told them I had an appointment. The (manager) looks me up on computer and instantly tells me they don't have the tires I was looking for. I told him I went online and they say you do have them in your inventory. He then says again they don't have the tires but have some just like them for $20.00 more each. I tell him again online says he has the tires and this is when he gets rude. Telling me no we don't have them do you want the other tires or not. He also tells me the buy 3 get 1 free through mail in rebate is no longer being promoted. He has signs in his store stating this promotion and it is also online. He also says I needed to buy something more to get the promotion. This was or said he was the manager. He then asks another employee about the promotion and do I need to purchase more to get the promotion. The other employee states the promotion is still going on and I do not need to buy anything more for the buy 3 get 1 free promotion that the manager said was over. After questioning his intelligence and refusing to let him up sell me $80.00 in tires and also not to get the free tire at a price of $57.00 making what he tried to rip me off a total of $137.00 I stopped being politically correct and told him how I felt about him and his ignorance. This is a classic bait and switch tactic used by a lot of companies. Its bad business and even worse when you call them on it and they get rude because they got caught. Would recommend never going to this Tire Kingdom. Will also file a complaint with the corporate office and update my post later with what they tell me. He got so rude with me I walked out of the store flipping him the finger and calling him a fkn idiot. RUDE STAFF! I will not be returning to this location anymore. I went and got an oil change and they didn't reset they reminder in my car so I had to go back. When I went in the first gentleman I believe his name was Christian was a little rude but I just figured maybe it had been a long day. So they take my car back to reset the reminder. So they bring it back and when I go to start my car the reminder is still flashing. So now the mechanism Shawn, comes up to my car and says, "well I don't know why its doing that I changed the date it should have stopped. Let me show you." So he proceeded to show me the process in which I told him I believed him because I had done the same thing myself and it still wasn't working. So I go back inside and let them know I'm not leaving until this is fixed. So it takes another 15min to resolve it at which point you can see they, like myself, are frustrated with what is typically a 1 min fix that turned into 30 min. Shawn walks back in and says "here" and drops my keys in my lap and walks away. Doesn't say, " we fixed it", "here are your keys", Nothing but his rude "here remark. I was livid by this point how am I the customer disrespected over an issue that they should have resolved initially when I got the oil change instead of having to come on a separate occasion. The way he acted you would have thought this was an issue with my car that I created instead of THEIR negligence and not making sure the reminder was reset when got the initial service done. read more

Five stars for the guy who greeted me and tried to help me and talked about Pokemon with me and the tattoo. Five stars for jack who seemed like a nice guy who wanted to keep trying on my truck but the white guy, I think his name was Sean, Skinny guy with a low haircut, kept saying no and no and no. They couldn't finish the job and then he spoke to a guy named Steven about it and I guess he told them to cut the job and to call it quits. I understand it was hard to get off but jack wanted to keep trying and that's why he gets the five stars. I would've tipped him if I had cash on me but unfortunately I didn't. It is what it is and I hope that the next shop I go to can actually help me. This was the third one today but it's all about the attitude man and those two guys spoiled it for this review. It's obvious he was new, he was easily frustrated, seemed like he had just gotten sober and couldn't deal with customers. It's like he just wanted to go home. Beware, biggest rip off repair shop I ever delt with. Had my 350z towed to their shop for an overheating problem, spoke to Adam telling him that there was no leak, but it was a circulation problem. I explained to him that either the cooling system was air bound not letting the fluid circulate properly and needed to be flushed or the thermostat was stuck in a closed position and may be needed to be replaced. I recieved a phone call from a man by the name of Steve (found out later he is the manager) telling me that my radiator was not working and needed to be replaced. I asked him if they had flushed the system and he replied he had to replace to fan first before he could flush the system (a lie) Got a call a few hours later telling me I needed a thermostat, I told him to install one, and again asked him if they had flushed the system to which he told me they had. Again one hour later he called and told me that my car was still overheating and it is probably that the radiator was full of "gunk", I told him that I had just replaced the radiator 2 months ago to which he replied that he would flush the system again. By this time the day was over and I did not hear from him again. The next day I went to the business in person to find out what they were doing, I met the mechanic that had been working on my car and I asked him what had happened when he flushed the system to which he replied that he could not flush the system because he did not know where the bleeder screw was. I wound up showing him where it was and one hour later I got a call that my car was ready, they had flushed the system (which of course they lied to me twice, not knowing where the bleeder valve was), and the flush fixed my problem. I recieved a bill for 856.81 for as they told me the work that they did. They charged me 286.27 for the fan (which I had tested and is working fine)and whenI called NAPPA auto parts where the purchased the fan from and was quoted 150.00...they being a repair shop get a discount from that price, also charging me 217.98 labor which is 100.00 more then various shops I called to ask their rate. they also charged me one hours labor to replace the thermostat which is a one half hour job at the most....moral of the story is they are in business to rip off unaware customers,,,I had to pay the bill or else they would not release my car... read more
