For the last two years I have had to purchase parts from Fabiola and every time she has been extremely professional, patient, and provided excellent service. At first I thought "who was this female who is so knowledgeable" I was impressed and bravo to her! This past weekend I had to purchase a few parts and Fabiola remembered my face she answered all of my questions. Whenever you are stressed out because your car needs to be repaired go see Fabiola, the store manager and she will sell you the parts you need all while having a smile!

First of all, I mean no disrespect to Alex R. who has every right to be upset - I hope it's been resolved by now. I decided to add this review because Levi's has just one review with the lowest grade, and I felt compelled to add my 2 cents. I want to NAME NAMES so we're all clear on who gets props. Danny is an exterior body repair guy who was referred by someone at my church who works at Monro Auto Service. Danny seems to work next door to Levi's but he always uses Levi's as his address, so they may be under the same ownership. Danny has saved me so much money in repairs that I lost count. He charges much less than any competitive offer I've received. I'm indebted to him because he did some magic fixing up a leased Honda Odyssey that had been through 4 (four) incidents, including a massive U-Haul truck collision. He fixed it all for $1200, and got it looking good enough so I wasn't charged any penalty by Honda Financial Services at lease termination. The work was NOT official Honda dealer level by any stretch of the imagination. You get passable quality for a dirt cheap price. Now, my most recent experience has been with Danny working along with Francisco, who is definitely at Levi's. I brought in a Mini Cooper that had a front end collision which ruined the engine. They worked with me step by step to replace the engine, compressor, radiator, lights, hood, etc. and get the front end of the Mini looking decent. The car runs just fine, but there are some electrical issues lingering, such as a lack of heat and no sound from the right side speakers. After just speaking with Francisco to bring in the Cooper for these followup repairs, I looked up their address online and found the negative Yelp review and that's why I'm putting in this now. In conclusion, Danny is great. Francisco seems pretty good also, but I'll put in my final thoughts after he fixes the lingering problems. But for both these men, I don't sense any integrity or attitude issues. They're nice guys and seem genuinely interested in making things right. Danny's history speaks for itself. My final grade on Francisco will be out soon, but so far, he's at least a B. [Now I can finish the review] I left this review in my drafts for 6 months. I have been using the Mini Cooper and it drives well. There are plenty of nits to pick - the color of the new front panel is a slightly different shade of red, it doesn't fit tight with the rest of the body, the battery cover wasn't replaced, etc. But I got the whole job done for cheap, which is critical because several other auto-body shops said it wasn't worth fixing and to salvage it (sell it to a junkyard that would sell off its parts). But this Mini was my mom's late-in-life splurge, which she bought used when she was still on this side of heaven. She bequeathed it to her first grandchild, so I sought out any way to fix it up rather than send it to such a shameful end. Francisco at Levi's was able to just that. My dad even says it drives just as well as ever. So, for the memory of my mom alone, I have to give 5 stars.

And, I'm glad I decided to get tire services at Pep Boys in the Everett, MA location.  For starters I'd like to thank Gregory V. for his outstanding dedication in customer service, he demonstrated that he is knowledgeable of all the products, he is a man of integrity that shows he stands behind his product and the phenomenal customer service. Greg's transparency allowed me to have full trust in him and Pep Boys. I can reassure you that I will be a long-term loyal customer from this day forward with Pep Boys and that Everett, MA location specifically.  Before arriving at Pep Boys I spent a week shopping around. I looked into every tire company in the North Shore. I shopped online and called many locations to try and get the best value. A majority of the other competitors had long phone wait times, were unhelpful and directed me back to their site which can be overwhelming.  I called the Everett, MA location at 4:53 PM and spoke to Greg. The first thing I said to him was: "I've been shopping around for tires as a gift for my Mother's birthday, and I have no knowledge about what are the best tires that are suitable for her vehicle. I have had no luck with other sellers." I would say that my voice was rather desperate for some answers. His tone was very warm, and patient. Instantly, I felt a sense of ease and was easily able to ask all the questions I had and by the end of the 20 minute call I had a good sense of the tire I would be looking to purchase. I asked if I would be able to get seen today even after knowing that they close at 8PM. He said he might be able to get me seen before they close. I told him I'll call him back before 6PM, and  I continued to do online searches after the call for comparisons and measured knowledge of the various tire products; And, I found myself back at Pep Boys for the best deal and astonishing customer service.  I decided to go through with getting my tire service at Pep Boys, Everett, MA. I had already had my moms car because I borrowed it for the weekend and had to get the car back to her before the snowstorm began. I got to Pep Boys by 6:30 PM and was out the door before they closed. I got all the works which was the 4 tires, alignment, and road hazard warranty.  I drove straight to my mothers house and I let go of the wheel driving on the highway and WOW! I drove straight for 1 mile before having to curve and was very impressed with the alignment work. The car felt taller, had a strong grip to the ground, and driving over avoidable potholes was not felt, which is good because my Mother has a pinched nerve in the end of her spine and can be felt with the tires she had before.  My mother was practically in tears when I arrived and told her that I got her new tires.  Thank you Greg. and to the Pep Boys team in the Everett, MA location for bringing joy to myself and my family. But-overall, keeping in mind that safety was at the core of their work and it shows. I feel at peace for my Mother to be on the road and to get home safely to and from work during the upcoming Nor'Easter. Continuing on with my theme of too impatient to park, I offer you another convienent, but $$$…read moreexpensive location to park in Boston. This one is probably my least favorites for a variety of reasons - but mainly due to it's expense. It's owned by the same guy who owns the one on Staurt St, but he jacks up the prices just because of it's location on Newbury Street. A little side story - why do I know this? Because the same staff that works at the Stuart Steet location also works here. How do I know that? They know me by name and my car. Yeah, I'm starting to wonder too if this insisting of parking in lots around Boston is a treatable disease or a mental disorder. $36 bucks is steep for 4 hours considering most lots around Boston cap off at $25 bucks for the day. That there shows you the owner is taking advantage of location and the uber rich clientele of Newbury shops. This one is located on Newbury + Dartmouth and is a great location for just that - Newbury, Bolyston, Public Gardens etc. But seriously if you can appreciate a walk, I'd park at the other place I recommended on Stuart Street. I rarely go to this one unless I'm really late for something, or have guests with me that may not like a long walk. The othe thing that I do like about this lot is it's in a safe location and valet. The 2 star rating is soley for location, safety and the super cool staff that works there. Regardless of it's expense I feel the need to review this one to support the others out there that are street parking challenged like me. To be continued......

$42 for 2.5 hours on a Thursday evening. No cash accepted, credit card only and the one you swipe…read morein with is the one you have to swipe out with. So when I swiped in my credit card didn't work. They acted like it was my card and got frustrated with me. Finally, someone else tried to swipe their card and it didn't work. No ones cards worked because the machine was broken. Finally they manually entered the my card and I parked there (hey, I was running late and desperate to park). Big mistake. On the way out, I had to swipe my same card again and it said "invalid user" or "invalid info" or some such. So I told the attended (now a different person entirely) that the previous attendants had to manually enter my card when I entered because the machine was broke so maybe the system didn't recognize my card on the way out. He yelled at me, told me I was stupid and that I had two options: use another card which I had to give to him for some weird reason or "leave my car there forever." Um, what?! He kept insisting that I needed a second card so I gave him my original card and told him it was a "different one" then he went into the booth, wrote my card info down, swiped it on another machine, then came back out, gave me my card and said I had to swipe it again to get out. Um, what?! He didnt say it actually, he mockingly said it like he was talking to a 5 year old. When I asked why he had to write my card info down he started yelling at me again and saying that I was asking questions he couldn't answer and that I should leave or "stay there forever." I replied that my whole objective was to leave this ridiculous lot and that maybe we should call the police. He yelled at me to swipe my card again, so I did out of desperation, finally the gate lifted and I drove off (the whole time I had been using the same card, so what suddenly changed to get the gate to lift? NO CLUE). I also called my credit card company and told them to cancel my card and send me a new one. I didn't trust that attendant nor would I ever recommend anyone park there based on high cost, horrific customer service, and suspicious credit card practices. One of the strangest and most unsettling parking experiences I have ever had. STAY AWAY from this place!
