I know nothing about doing something like that- instead I searched on Yelp and found Mighty Muffler Auto ( they had good ratings) Called and asked about setting up an appointment to have my car looked at and was told that I didn't need to do that just come before they closed. Did just that and I was very surprised to find out that the part could be replaced right then and there!!! (no need to order anything) Kevin was very nice & professional and did a great job of showing & explaining what my problem was. Within an hour the work was done, my car was quiet again and all for less than $200!!!!! I will be returning for a little bit more work!

When I arrived, the manager said he was eating lunch, I said ok. I told him a wanted a oil change. He said ok, its $129.99. I said ok sir, I also have a coupon. He said ok. After waiting in the sitting area, the manager comes back 15mins later and says total is $160.34. I said excuse me, but I have all my receipts and I've never paid more than $115.00 after coupon is applied. He said that is with the coupon. I said, sir you did not give me what I asked for, can I have a receipt to match yours vs last time I came? The manager said no. So to avoid a trip to jail and his family receiving bad news, I left. Ill never return to any location. I emailed the company and have yet to hear back from a representative.
