I came in today to buy some spray paint and there were 6 other customers in front of me with only one person behind the front counter. They asked customers that are just checking out to go to the back where another employee can ring us out quickly. The lady in the back rudely told us that she can't help us and for us to go back to the front. As i walked back to the front, the line was now longer than before. It took over 30 minutes before I got checked out. This place really needs to improve on leaning out its processes. Build a better team that can get customers in and out of the store quicker.

At the time, I was just interested in a quote and I told them that I would contact them again to finalize a deal if I couldn't find anyone to beat this quote. I ended up going out of town and forgot about my side project. Cut back a month later, I contact Pull-A-Part last week to sell my vehicle to them. The Operator then low-balled me with a different number than what they first offered and offered me $380. I was upset with this new number since I was expecting them to match their initial offer. I begrudgingly brought up this point and the Operator came back with a new offer of $410 for pickup on Saturday 7/12/2024. Since I was tired of dealing with this entire project, I agreed and we set an appointment to pick up my vehicle at 9am. I received a confirmation email and made preparations to have the vehicle picked up on Saturday at our agreed time. Come Saturday, I received ZERO correspondence from the hauler and at 0945am I contacted Pull-A-Part to ask if they were enroute. The Operator stated that they did not know when the hauler would arrive and that I would be contacted. Since I received no correspondence an HOUR after they were supposed to, I asked to reschedule for Monday. The Operator advised that the hauler would reschedule to Monday and did not provide a new time. The Operator stated that they "could not provide a time for Monday." I found this statement to be incredibly unprofessional since they were happy to provide a time when they first tried to low-ball me. I agreed to an ambiguous Monday reschedule. Today is Monday and you can guess that no one has contacted me and no one has come to get the vehicle. At this point, I'm sure that this business is some kind of scam.

Well they didn't have the battery, so I purchased it at the store that I was at. Well that was a big mistake. I was told that the other store would put the battery in my car well they didn't. AutoZone has some rule about if you purchase the battery at that store then they would have to replace it. So here I go back to the other store. I stood there for the longest waiting for the guy who initially helped me to replace my battery. He just sat there and ignored me really everyone ignored me. The guy was rude and really had no manners or customers service skills. He didn't know how to change out the battery. His supervisor made him change it even though he didn't know what he was doing. So he literally walked away without replacing the battery. Here I am standing outside with my car hood up in 90 degree weather. Also the supervisor and the worker were arguing with one another in front of customers. Finally the supervisor had someone to come and help. The young mam who helped was professional and he apologized for the incompetence of his coworker and supervisor. I will never go back there! That location needs training about customer service and how to do their jobs properly. It's a disaster over there! The supervisor did nothing nor did she apologize for the poor service!

I have already wasted 30 minutes of my time trying to straighten out their problem. I am going to store, which for me is another 30 minutes minimum. Seems like they could hire people that would know how to deal with problems instead of people that do not care. I would not recommend dealing with NAPA.
