I went and bought it, got the paperwork showing a 30 day guarantee and then installed it. The PUMP was bad and it did NOT push fluid. As you might know, that's PRETTY important to a transmission. Had to take it out. I called him 5 times trying to get my money back. The answer I always got was "I don't have that money". He offered to let me trade it back in on other merchandise, but since I live in Tennessee and it's such a long drive, that's a complete waste of time and he wanted MORE money from me. I wouldn't buy ANYTHING from McDaniel auto parts. They are not interested in giving you your money back if it's junk. I removed the transmission from the truck and ended up having to spend a lot more money on a completely different until because I couldn't trust that the unit was good. VERY FRUSTRATING, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL REFUND. I notice that he no longer advertises a warranty on his parts, that's because the yard is very old. BUYER BEWARE, you buy it, you own it from this guy... I can TELL when the hubcap covers haven't been touched because the amount of brake dust that's on there. Not ONE mark from gloves of technician removing hubcap. Also reporting wrong on service vehicles the mileage, which I see in the service vehicle portal. Over 10,000 miles less than what's on the dash. He wants you to walk single file at a snail pace, I'm an adult and know what speed I need to walk around at. I cant speak for all the staff that work at Autozone but I had someone behind the desk that must have been having a very bad day. The guy was short and very smug to me. I asked him why he persisted in making smart comments and he started yelling and cursing like a psycho. We got into a short shouting match until the manager came out. When it comes to customer service I would have to say that I have not had much luck at this location. I was trying to buy a piece of gas line once and I ended up having to go to another store because those working at the time kept walking by helping others even though I was patiently waiting for assistance. I also find that their prices are higher than other part stores. read more

My car sat there for, let's say an extended period of time without any communication. I called and spoke to a Manger to inquire what the problem was. The Manager was very apologetic, and let me know that there was a back up die to the number of cars and parts being on back order. Which was not unreasonable. I let the Manager know that I just needed to be communicated with. From that point forward it was smooth sailing. I want to call "Brett Matthews" put by name because he went so far above and beyond with his customer service. I'm sure I wasn't the easiest to deal with at times, but Brett never once lost his cool or made me feel like I was bothering him. I had a flat tire with the loaner car the day I was to pick up my own vehicle. Brett actually brought my car to me in ALPHARETTA!! He drove against traffic, at 5 o'clock from LITHONIA to make sure I had my car. Not only did he bring my car to me, he brought it back with a full tank??!! WTF, I was blown away! When he initially said he would bring the car to me, he said that he would UBER back to the office. That was NOT going to happen. One good turn deserves another. It was my pleasure to ride with him back to the dealership. Nalley Collision is lucky to have someone like Brett on their staff. You did a great job and I'm grateful for the kindness!! I wouldn't hesitate to bring any vehicle I had to Nalley Collision Center Lithonia and to Brett. Thank you to everyone who had hand in my great experience!

My car has like no tint, so I was wanting to get some shade on there pretty quick. They ran through the choices, and wow can you spend some coin on tint! I got the nano tint on the front because it also gives you better UV protection, and the rest the standard tint, and it came out around $550. It was worth it. No bubbles, the tint came out great. The only drawback was that they don't take AMEX...in fact I feel like less places nowadays will take my card. This place is definitely a no frills establishment, but hey, what do you really need at a tinting shop other than great quality tinting? They also replaced the tint on my boyfriend's car for a great price for one window, and it was only $50. Be sure to make an appointment and give them a try! I'm very impressed with service and quality of the tint, and I am so glad I came!
