The tool was $32 to rent and when you return it within 48hrs you get your money back, was a easy process and very helpful. The employees here usually greet you and/or ask if you need help finding anything. The rewards card they have has been useless to me, I have never received anything from it. If you need anything for your vehicle they will have it or can get it with a wait on some items. The store is right off the freeway if you need to pull off while traveling and is open 7 days a week.

I was overdue for my window wipers and really lazy to replace them since it really doesn't rain in the places I lived but I could not go another rainy day due to my window wipers making it hard to see. So I went into Autozone around 12:40pm...I was not greeted by any employees but what do I expect? They are probably good with cars and but people. So I am not sure what I'm looking for in window wipers and I am searching for an employee. I couldn't find one so I had to stand in line. Once it was my turn I informed my helper Jerado that I need window wipers for my baby. I give him my make and model and year. He ask me if my car is outside because he wanted to confirm, after we went back inside and he provided me options of window wipers. I am the type of customer that ask 20 thousand questions to make the best option for myself and even window wipers. Jerado was very patient and answered all my questions and ask me if I need my wipers installed. Of course! I do not know who to install that type of stuff so he happily did it for me. This is the reason I love going to Autozone for my services because they go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. I rarely go to Autostores But it is always a pleasant experience each time. I even made it back to work in time too by 1pm. I will be returning as needed.

The store clerk went to my car and diagnosed that it was in fact the alternator. They had the correct part in stock and let me borrow a tool I didn't bring with me. I was having trouble finishing the install when the clerk came out and helped me finish the fix. This was amazing customer service for a retail store. I will now support all my local O'reilly because of the helpful support I received while in desperate need.

We went just now to read my car, dude told us that we had to pay $49.95 to use the code reader in the parking lot. No, I'm not paying pretty much $50 to use a reader for less than 2 min. The price was a little bit misleading at first but the receipt break down was reasonable enough. Customer service was pretty good from what I've experienced in the automotive business and I had a nice conversation with the man at the counter learning about their issues about taking over the business from the previous owner. Overall an appreciated local establishment since I like to shop local in Kerman and I'm glad to know that there is another option in town for specific car parts other than the large chain stores
