Bruce Lee came here since I was in the area and I kind of wanted to grab some additives for my car…read moreto help it run better it wasn't anything exclusive it was more of a common additive. But they had it at a reasonable price. Overall this is a typical automotive store so it features a general variety of everything for you like to expect at a car store. It's very quiet and it's in a pretty busy strip mall. Staff here was also pretty friendly. Store was very well stocked well organized and clean, overall pretty average experience

The customer service at this location is atrocious…read more The initial associate that helped us was unfriendly and couldn't locate my pro account. I was quoted a price without my discount for my (personal) car battery. We decided to call a different (local) O'Reilly's and not only was that associate much friendly but he was also able to locate my account and quote me the appropriate (discounted) price. Since my battery had just died (in the parking lot) I went back into this location to purchase the battery (with my pro discount). I asked the associate to install the new battery (since my car battery unexpectedly died I didn't have the necessary tools for installation), he stated he couldn't do it because he was had been waiting to go to lunch. He said I could ask the other associate, Jeff, to see if he wanted to do it. So I waited for Jeff (an even more unpleasant associate) to get off the phone and then I again asked if I could get my new battery installed. He just said outright said no. No explanation, no reasoning. When I told him I've never had issues getting my (personal) new car battery installed by O'Reilly's associates before he then stated "we don't install new car batteries for pro accounts...since you already get a discount". While this was occurring the first associate was still at the computer answering phone calls and checking out other customers. At this point, I'm frustrated and irritated with the entire situation so I decided to return the new battery. There was absolutely no way I was going to give my business to this location. I jumped my car (thank god for portable car jumpers) and drove to the O'Reilly's on Boughton. Although the Boughton couldn't install the new car battery the associate provided an explanation as to why that location (franchise) they couldn't AND a solution. The stark contrast between these two experiences made it clear that I will not be recommending the O'Reilly's on 75th nor will I be providing any future business to this location.

I came to get windshield wipers. I asked for assistance since I'm not too good with car stuff. They…read moredirected me to the most expensive wipers. Once the worker walked away, another customer recommended different wipers to me, which I ended up getting. Once I checked out, I asked if they could put the wipers on for me. The worker tried to put them on, but didn't seem to know what he was doing, so he had to ask another worker to come and help him. Once they got to the back wiper, they told me I had bought the incorrect type of wiper, so I needed to return them. So we go inside and the worker didn't know how to do a return either. I understand he may be new, but I would imagine training would include how to process a return. They ended up not having the rear wiper I needed and recommended I go to the Bolingbrook location or they could have it delivered to that store. At that point, I had been there for at least 20 minutes, so I decided to just go home. I just wish I had better assistance.

You don't want to go too cheap on your car if you use it everyday. I also bought the Duralast gold brake pads and rotors from here. Those will last you longer than the cheap ones. The service here is good. Everyone was friendly. They were able to remove and replace my car battery. I saw they can also test your battery and check your engine light.

I bought the battery from the store on 75th closest to my house but the lady at the counter at the 75th store suggested I call Ogden to see if they could help with my account of 10 years. Dave or David from the Ogden store told me that the computer "crashed" and it would take some time to get any info, "call back later" is what he rudely replied. I called after 30 minutes, David was still rude and unhelpful telling me that my phone number was not attached to any "Speed perks account", BS, my so called status for Speed Perks is Elite do to the thousands of dollars in parts I have purchased throughout the years, David told me without an original receipt there was NOTHING they could do because I didn't exist according to their poorly kept records. Maybe my account info and thousands of other customers' records/info are wiped out with all the computer crashes!!! I did find the receipt and took the junk Diehard Gold battery back to the 75th store. Guess what!?, after the lady added all of my return info the computer crashed, can you believe Advanced Auto? It took the lady three computers and 30 minutes to return the junk battery and replace it with the same junk. Mysteriously my speed perks account shows me as an Elite status....Hmmmm David.... Unfortunately this situation and many like it are causing folks to order and buy parts online from places like Amazon where prices are much cheaper. I like to support local business and have for many years but I will not ever buy another Diehard battery again and I will not be shopping at Advanced auto anymore, hell I am sure Advanced doesn't care especially at the Ogden store where I don't exist anyway! Order your parts from Amazon people where places like Advanced Auto can't take advantage of you! Maybe two name changes here, Advantage for Advanced (cause they like to take Advantage) and DieEasy for Diehard (for the obvious) !!???

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. KCC Auto and Elvis are the gold standard of what an…read moreauto shop should be--honest, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and deeply experienced, especially with luxury brands like Porsche. After being let down time and time again by the dealership, I finally found a team I can trust. Elvis didn't just save me a huge amount of money--he saved me the typical headaches that come with Porsche service. I even stayed nearby for three days while they worked on my $100K vehicle because I knew it was in the right hands. This shop is a rare find. If you care about quality, professionalism, and people who truly know what they're doing, KCC Auto is it.

Very disappointing experience with my Tesla Model Y. I specifically brought the vehicle in for a…read morecontrol arm noise coming from the driver side and clearly explained that upon arrival. The shop diagnosed and recommended replacement of both the driver and passenger lower control arms. I ultimately approved repair of only the side making noise for approximately $697 (versus the $1,394 they recommended for both sides). What bothered me most was that after the repair was completed, the technician test drove the vehicle, yet nobody informed me before making payment that the exact same noise was still present. I personally discovered it myself within less than 10 feet of driving out of the shop and immediately returned. The lack of communication regarding the unresolved issue felt very misleading and frustrating. Instead of taking ownership of the failed diagnosis or communication issue, the owner Elvis became defensive and stated the reason the noise remained was because I was "too cheap" to do all the work (both side, $1,397). He also suggested I should have replaced the upper control arm as well, despite the fact that they never diagnosed or recommended prior to the repair. I ultimately took the vehicle to the Tesla dealership, where the upper control arm issue was addressed at a significantly lower cost. While the lower control arms may have shown signs of wear, replacing worn parts that are not actually causing the customer's complaint makes little sense from a diagnostic standpoint. Based on my experience, the process felt more like guesswork than properly isolating the actual issue. Customer service was ultimately arrogant and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious bringing a Tesla here.
