First time going to auto zone. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Gage was super helpful in showing me options to solve my problem. He went out of his way to help and look at my car so he could determine what was needed. Will come back because of his customer service! read more

Your employees would not acknowledge me - we had just bought 3 wiper blades and needed help with the rear blade. The female employee acknowledged me but said she didn't know about those, and maybe one of the guys could help. She should have gotten another employee to help me. 0 out of 10 would not recommend this Auto Zone. read more

So, I'm not mechanically inclined whatsoever. Went in to Autozone to buy a replacement headlight bulb and I went about attempting to install it in the parking lot. After 30 minutes of struggling in the hot sun, I swallowed my pride and asked if someone from the store could lend me a hand. Celduin came immediately and identified the reason the lightbulb wasn't plugging in is because I was trying to plug a low beam bulb into the high beam outlet. Like I said, not mechanically inclined at all. Within 2 minutes, Celduin had it all plugged in and ready to go. He also gave me some tips for extending the life of my battery. Super great dude. Absolutely the hero we needed! read more

I purchased some replacement headlight bulbs from this store last week and was having trouble installing them in my vehicle. I returned to the store the next day to see if maybe I had purchased the wrong type (even though I've bought and installed these exact bulbs on my own before). It seemed that I had the right ones, so just for reassurance, since the associate at the front of the store wasn't busy, I asked him if he could double check with me. All I wanted was a little assistance with making sure I wasn't overlooking something, and to my disappointment the associate proceeded to make me feel like an idiot. He implied that I didn't know what I was doing, that I had probably tried replacing the wrong bulb, and that he had no interest in helping me. As a woman, I'm used to men treating me that I don't know what I'm doing with car repairs, but this was beyond insulting. I told the man fine, thanks for nothing, and stormed out of there. Thanks to the kind people at Napa down the street for helping me instead. They will get my patronage from now on. read more

I won't be going back to AutoZone. I've been a customer before, and I do recall being disappointed. Nonetheless, I went in because I was looking for a part I couldn't find at another nearby auto parts store. There was a long line at the check-out. I thought maybe I could find what I needed on my own. I found an array of parts that might have worked, but I wasn't sure which one would fit. The sign said to ask a staff member, so I went and waited in line. There were three things that happened over the next ten minutes or so that will keep me from going back. 1. There was a man who waited in line and got up to the front. I normally wouldn't mention it because I don't think it should matter, but it was a Black man. He had a part in his hand, and I'm not sure if he needed to exchange it or just needed some help. The cashier said he'd have to wait because, "There's all these customers in line, and we need to help them." Uh.... I thought he was a customer. I thought he waited in line already. Maybe I missed something. 2. There was a woman in line who got up to the front. I normally wouldn't mention it because I don't think it should matter, but it was a person with a middle-eastern accent. They wanted to replace a battery in their key fob. A cashier was trying to help, but told the customer she would have to go to Toyota because she couldn't get the fob open. There was another man in line behind her, and before she left, he told her to wait until he was done because he was a locksmith and would help her. I have a Toyota fob, and I could have helped her too. I should have also told her that the local Toyota dealer would change the battery for no charge. Anyway, I think the other customer helped her; staff did not. 3. A third staff member came back inside from helping another customer install something. He called me up to his register. I told him I needed a part for the canopy on my pickup. He asked what kind of truck, and I told him it didn't matter. He gave me a rude look. I told him again it was for a canopy, and he said they only had the parts for actual cars. He suggested I go to a place that sold canopies. He told me not to tell him that it didn't matter what kind of truck it is. Well, it didn't matter - the part was for the canopy which has nothing to do with the vehicle it's installed on. I had good experiences at two other auto parts stores looking for the part. One didn't have one in stock and was looking for the right part for me. The other had a part that fit and works just fine. Both of the other shops had pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. Nope. I'm done with AutoZone once and for all this time. I don't even remember what I was looking for last time I was in there - it's been a couple years. They couldn't help me then either. Poor excuse for an auto parts store. I had grandparents that ran an auto parts store long ago, and they would never treat a customer the way staff at AutoZone treated me. Terrible. One star is the lowest rating I can give, and AutoZone didn't quite even earn that one star. Yuck. read more

This is where I can find the part(s) I need for my Dodge vehicle!Sylvania headlights were needed and I got them from this location.

Marcus was very professional and helpful. I need to have a battery replaced under warranty and he took care of it very quickly. I appreciate how he didn't make it a big deal. read more

Luca is super helpful and friendly. Don't know what you're paying him, but as the hold music says they're looking for employees, they deserve a raise. Also the store has always been helpful. But seriously... give Luca a raise. read more

just walked in -3 employees and me. Not one person greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance. I wandered around and was going to just leave, (instead of asking for help I was actually testing them to see if they would offer), when I found what I came in for -windshield washer fluid. So I took two bottles, found the self-checkout, which was out of receipt paper, checked out and left with no receipt. I got the feeling that I could have just walked out without even paying. Not much reason to ever return. read more

I came here to purchase a couple things and noticed I was charged 3 separate times. I have push notifications set up with my banking app, and showed the manager that I was charged 3 separate times for $35, when I should have been charged once. He told me it happens sometimes and that it'll likely just be a pending charge for a couple of days but won't process. Two days later, I noticed it was indeed posted to my account and withdrawn. I've called corporate and visited the store 3 times now since to try and get this resolved. Now I have to wait for the banking department to get back to me. As a one of the leading auto parts stores in the nation, you should be better than this. And if such an issue does happen, you should not take a week or two (and multiple trips/calls) to resolve it. Just go to NAPA, they have better prices, nicer employees and I've never run into any issues with them. read more

Wow! I'm super impressed! Their customer service is fantastic. We're on a road trip and our car's check engine light came on. Things were looking grim. There was no way we would be able to find a mechanic open on Easter. They ran a free diagnostic and Erika B. suggested watching a YouTube video to see if we were able the change the part ourselves. We came back later, bought the part, and we used their loaner tools to change out the ignition coil. Thank you Erica for saving the day! read more

Went in and Luka helped me, gave me the wrong part. When I came to return it he was sassy and rude. Didn't listen to the specific requirements of my vehicle. Refused to give me a refund. Took me repeating my self 6 times and 15 minutes for him to listen to me and look up the item number of the old part in order to get the correct one. This was my only poor experience with an awful sales person at this location, but it was a major turnoff. Goodbye AutoZone, Hello O'Reillys. read more

The employees here were very helpful to me. I needed a new radiator cap and they asked me a bunch of questions about my car that I didn't know but they let me run out to my car and look at the manual. I wasn't sure on one thing still so they told me I could buy what I probably needed, test it and take it back if I was wrong. I probably sounded like an idiot but they weren't condescending or impatient at all. read more

They were initially pretty helpful, but our special order (brake rotors) took an extra three days past what they quoted us. Was it their fault? Fed Ex's fault? Who knows. They were supposed to call when they got in, but never did. We got sick of waiting and called today, and lo and behold they were in. Good selection of level of quality, you can get cheapo parts, mid range parts, or high quality parts, and prices were less than Napa Auto Parts, so I guess they have that going for them. read more

I came in a couple days ago when it was raining pretty hard to get new windshield wipers. I called in ahead to see if they would have the item that I needed, and luckily for me they did! Miguel even offered to install them for me in the pouring rain. I'm a decent human being, so I didn't actually accept that offer, but it was still a very nice gesture! Thank you for the awesome customer service Miguel! read more

Top tier customer service from Joshua S. He was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. He helped me pick out my correct car battery and installed it for me. One of the kindest people I've met in customer service! read more

I recently made a trip to Autozone to purchase a replacement headlight for my car. The employee that assisted me approached me immediately after I arrived and helped me find the correct part quickly. Service was excellent, but when I got home, I found the same part on amazon.com for about half the price. Summary: Service: 5 stars Prices: 3 stars Overall: 4 stars read more

I went in worried my lights were messed up because I just replaced the bulbs not too long ago. Flávio said "lets go check it out." We saw that the bulbs were burnt out after all. He helped me get some new bulbs and even helped me install them! Thanks Flávio your the MAN! read more

One of the worst I have been to. The management was terrible. I applied to work here and it took them over a month to respond and they never called me after that. What a horrible impression to leave! Don't even waste your time. Plenty of other auto parts stores around. read more

The store is small, easy to navigate, well staffed, and had everything I needed for an oil change and a great deal on supplies. However, when I stripped the bolt and ended up getting service at firestone anyway, I was able to return everything even though id lost the receipt. kindly enough, they searched through the days purchases to find it. Nice helpful staff, thank you. read more

I usually shop at this location, and normally, AutoZone has great customer service. However, my most recent interaction with one of their team members was concerning. Very rude, terse, and inconsiderate over the phone. They may have lost a long-time customer. read more

One of the worst Autozones I have visited. This team is extremely disorganized. The manager should not be in customer service. I have wasted so much time here over many visits. Two stars instead of one because they have the best prices, but the service here is as bad as it gets. read more

Braylon and Alejandro were the best! Give them both a bonus. They had to make some adjustments to get the new headlight in my car but they kept at it until it worked! Amazing guys! I have always received great help from your staff. I really appreciate them! Will always recommend you to others. 5 star service... above and beyond! Thank you and Happy New Year! read more

My daughter's car temperature gauge was reading high. I couldn't come help her since I'm 5 1/2 hours away in Washington, so I told her to go to Autozone because that's who I go to in Burlington, Wa and they are always so helpful & knowledgeable. Tracy H. looked at my daughter's car and noticed she had 2 collapsed radiator hoses and figured out it was due to a defective radiator cap. They waited for the car to cool down, filled the radiator wth fluid and put on the new cap. Tracy also recommended that she get her hoses replaced soon. So thankful for such kind and knowledgeable employees like Tracy at Autozone. You help put a mother's mind at ease, knowing there are fabulous people like Tracy at Autozone! read more

Fantastic service! They went above and beyond to help me. I came in needing a new battery. They helped me choose and install as well as diagnose any other issues. Gave me some great tips on future maintenance. All without an ounce of judgement or being condescending. Extremely helpful. read more

Absolutely terrible service with a group of flunkies on payroll. I went in this location to have my battery tested and was told I needed a new one, so I attempted to buy the battery when the clerk named John (He was a ginger with commercial driver on his name tag) not only told me they had 3 batteries in stock but then proceeded to tell me that the only problem was they weren't on the sales floor and were located in the back room at the bottom of some rack or palette and he was not about to retrieve it and told me if I wanted to get the battery I can go to the Corvallis location and buy it there. Seriously?!?!? I tried to contact the store manager(Eric) about this, unfortunately he was about as helpful as the lazy employee he has working in his store sending paying customers away to another location. I currently live in Albany and will now have to drive to Corvallis just to go to auto zone because the staff is Albany is apparently too lazy to do their jobs. read more

Don't bother going to Autozone Corvallis on a Sunday, The Sunday crew is so damn lazy they wouldn't walk out the door to check a part UNTIL my lady went in and batted her eyes at them. THEN they were all over the rig. What a lousy group read more

worst service ever! first I am on crutches with a broken ankle, 4 dudes standing by the register just watching me struggle to get through the door. if they were doing something I'd understand but not even a 'hey can I get the door?' then after finally figuring out what I need, again no help, no service, I had to interrupt the conversation to get checked out and then struggle to get out the door. oh the dude did ask me if I wanted a box to carry my items in, because when both your arms are being used for crutches a box is really handy. never going back. read more

I don't buy car parts very often, but when I do, this is where I look first. The biggest reason, it seems like there is always some sort of fundraiser car wash going on there. Commitment to our community like that gets my business. read more

Went in to replace my brake lights, and the guys were very knowledgeable, and willing to help when I was vaguely clueless.
