Had it been raining hard I wouldn't have expected them to remove it and replace it. I called O'Reilly's auto parts down the street and they helped me right away. They removed and replaced the new battery I purchased from them, no hesitation. I was in and out within 10 minutes! Thank you Ben for the great customer service and being so helpful.

What made the situation more frustrating was seeing an Instagram story updated around 15 minutes earlier while I was still waiting for a response regarding the appointment.
