They were taken to Debbie lane store but this store didn't have a Toyota attachment. Off to Matlock / I20 and there the rotors were destroyed. Gouges were cut and the "finished" area was so rough you couldn't run your fingers across it for fear of metal splinters. One clerk remarked "what do you expect it's metal" then walked away. The 2nd clerk said "install them and they'll smooth out in 50 miles." I'm skipping all O'Reilly stores in the future!

That's going to be your insurance that you received the correct part. Different trim levels of different cars will have different parts. Check your stuff, that's your responsibility, not Certifits.

Each employee takes their time to understand what you need, and they will even help you install items on your car. Now, I'm not sure they're going to help you install a new engine, but the small stuff, like headlights, batteries, etc., they will. They'll even do a free diagnostic check if your check engine light pops on. They'll print you out the report and tell you what you need to fix the problem. And, as I said before, this location always seems to have what I need, which is normally small stuff, like wiper blades, replacement bulbs, fluids, etc. But, the store is consistently clean and well laid out. I sometimes feel like other stores like to hide the most common items, but I've never felt that way here. All in all, I recommend this location. Even if you have a closer one to you, the employees here justify the drive.
