They were taken to Debbie lane store but this store didn't have a Toyota attachment. Off to Matlock / I20 and there the rotors were destroyed. Gouges were cut and the "finished" area was so rough you couldn't run your fingers across it for fear of metal splinters. One clerk remarked "what do you expect it's metal" then walked away. The 2nd clerk said "install them and they'll smooth out in 50 miles." I'm skipping all O'Reilly stores in the future!

That's going to be your insurance that you received the correct part. Different trim levels of different cars will have different parts. Check your stuff, that's your responsibility, not Certifits.

I told him I a 130 appointment and he said, "no we aren't taking any more appointments today". I said no I already have an appointmen. He said yes, but I don't have any techs who can help you because I have one guy doing a job that has to be done today and it's going to take him 13 hours and another guy is working on another car. I asked him "what good is an appointment if you're not going to keep it?" He said, " I don't know." I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode! The attended Chris told me essentially it doesn't not matter if you have an appointment, you will have to wait. I politely asked, what is the use of scheduling an appointment if drop offs come first? Needless to say, it's my last time giving pep boys my business.
