Not very often you find great friendly service at a place of business. Not very often you find an employee to prefer outside their job description. Today I found both...crew was friendly and great service. Alex changed my flat tire in this very hot weather. He did not hesitate to help and made sure the spear tire was secure to drive on. It's been awhile since I reviewed this location, and it's time for an update. As others have said, what really separates this store from the others is customer service. Each employee takes their time to understand what you need, and they will even help you install items on your car. Now, I'm not sure they're going to help you install a new engine, but the small stuff, like headlights, batteries, etc., they will. They'll even do a free diagnostic check if your check engine light pops on. They'll print you out the report and tell you what you need to fix the problem. And, as I said before, this location always seems to have what I need, which is normally small stuff, like wiper blades, replacement bulbs, fluids, etc. But, the store is consistently clean and well laid out. I sometimes feel like other stores like to hide the most common items, but I've never felt that way here. All in all, I recommend this location. Even if you have a closer one to you, the employees here justify the drive. read more

Great place to go. I go for all me auto needs and actually will avoid the competition across the street with some extra driving to see this store. I like the friendly atmosphere, employees and the knowledgeable management. They were even willing to offer advice on the side which doesn't deal with day to day issues. One manager new a long time customer that had a broken part which could not be found and went out of his way to find someone that could get the part for his vehicle. Very poor customer service. In the store on Saturday at 11:20 and only one person was working the counter. I thought this was a bit odd since Saturday mornings are normally busy for most business, but I thought not bad since there was only one customer in front of me. Then the phone rang and the counter clerk Dan answered it and spoke to the person for nearly five minutes, while speaking to the person on the phone a second call came in and Dan answered this call, leaving the paying customers waiting. Rude service by Dan if you have customers in line wait on them and let the phone ring. Because of the long wait time I eventually left and went to the competition across the street O'Riley's where there were three employee's working the counter. In and out at O'Riley's. read more

Normally a big fan of AutoZone, but when you just need to borrow the code scanner, and when you walk in, there are three employees, two behind the wall, and one helping a customer, and you're told to wait, twice in five minutes. The one that escaped behind the wall never came back out. I guess they have a low sense of urgency at 3:45 PM on a Thursday when they have almost no customers. read more

Wish less stars could be given. Had Autozone Test a battery and stated the battery test result was a bad battery (see the picture I have posted of their results). Wish they were a plausible explanation for what they had described to me. Late Thursday night Walmart was closed Autozone was open. This is an EverStart Battery, guess he figure I was needing a battery and would not walk out without purchasing a new one. Curious why a battery would go (bad, as Autozone stated) within 18 months decided to go back to Walmart to test the Maxx battery the next day. After all it has a 5 year warranty. Check my 2nd picture with Walmart results. Guess this is on me for purchasing a new battery. Now I am 125.00 out of pocket cost thanks to Autozone free battery service or is it a scam. Real problem terminal needed cleaning. I feel bad for people who are vulnerable to this type of service or scam. You can get better results by being honest. read more

I'm writing this review for my wife experience at this autozone place. As you know with most ladies who doesn't know much about car part replacement or needing help to replace a simple light. This is not the place to go to. My wife came in came to this place cause it had 4 1/2 star review. Thinking of this place has good service, as she enters the store and ask if she can purchase a bulb replace for the vehicle. The sales representative by the name of Lancie seems like she didn't want to offer any type of help. This makes me upset because I had call the store prior sending my wife there because I'm out of town for work. The person who'd answer my call had told me yes we do help change the bulb if it's easy to replace. On a Lexus RX350 vehicle above the light is just a pop up cover with a push button. Where you just lift it up and put your hand in and twist the bulb out. Simple and easy but the sales representative refuse to offer any type of help. Very very disappointed when you had called ahead too with this type of service I do not and I do not recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you had no clue about part and cars. I would thought these reps should be trained before getting hired but looks like they just hired some one out from the streets. So instead I told my wife go across the street to O'Reilly and guess what they'd done it in less then 5 mins. Wow read more
