Along a road scattered with auto body repair shops, Alpha-Omega is clearly the best. Don't get me wrong - it's a car wreck junkyard - but it's ORGANIZED! Moe, the guy who seems to be in charge (or at least was on my visit) has encyclopedic knowledge of the location and information on all of the pieces he has. In addition to that convenience, his prices are more than fair, and everyone on the lot is super nice. If you ever need a car part and don't have the $$$$ for a new OEM piece, this is the place to go!

Romeo told me would do a complete rebuild and it would be a 2 week turnaround time. He wanted a $3000 deposit and balance to be paid when it was shipped back. It took 2 months to get it back from time of deposit and when I got it back I had the exact same problems. When I reached out to tell him the transmission was not working he said that I should drive it for 500 miles and it will work itself out....it was a stall tactic to add time to the case. I was ghosted after that from all communication. I opened a dispute and was able to get back my final payment back because it was filed in less than 90 days but I lost my $3000 deposit. I read other reviews that say similar things.....STAY AWAY FROM HIM

When I questioned why it was not ready after he telling me it was only going to be a few hours to pull (ridiculous if you ask me) he said they don't pull unless they get the money. OKAY! The part was extremely rusted and they swore it was a new part. Turns out that drive shaft didn't last five miles before it went out. Then the guy at All Star Imports asked why I didn't call him to let him know about it before I brought it back, like that was going to do any good. Bottom line is they sold a used part in unknown condition, and acted as if there shouldn't have been a problem. Well there was a problem and instead of refunding my money they tried telling me it was damaged when installing it. What a croc of sh!t. Wish I had read the reviews before losing $160 of my money here

Bought a motor from these guys off of the internet. If you have ever bought used auto parts online…read moreyou understand the leap of faith it takes to make a large purchase like that mostly over email or the phone. They gave me a great price $2700 approx. for a used Ford 6.0 diesel engine with a warranty. It included all the parts I needed and then some. Then the problem. My mechanic took a look at the motor and saw some problems. He work at Ford for many years they were not obvious problems but for him they were noticeable. So we took the heads off and the motor was blown. I called A & A right away and I have to say they were pretty mad we took the motor a part before calling them (which I can see in hind sight). They were obviously disappointed but they did exactly the most I could have expected. They arranged to have it picked up and shipped back to them and I got my money back. The absolute most you can hope for is when things go wrong is that a company will make it right and they did and that is worth 5 stars all day every day.
