I was not happy when I had to get out from under the car a third time to go get the correct oil filter again. The first time Autozone hand picked it, then it was Oreilly, finally I had Advance Auto Parts pick it and explained if they got it wrong I was going to be pretty upset given my past two experiences with the other retailers that day. Overall, I was not impressed with this store. I was able to get the correct tool to remove the filter housing here, but the associate sold me the wrong filter.

I stopped in to get some new batteries, and was pleasantly surprised by the level of help that I was able to get- making sure it was the right size battery and getting me rang up right away. It was a great shopping experience. The clerks were most helpful- there was a guy in line in front of me with some complicated return, and the other clerk put down their restocking supplies and immediately came over and helped as soon as it was apparent that the other customer's return was going to take a while. I've attempted, on several occasions, to have them patch a leaky tire - and they have never attempted always stating an excuse. Road hazard was not honored because I drove on a tire from the left lane to the feeder on the right. Battery information could not be accessed between stores. The tire that I find on the internet has never been available when I arrive - coincidentally always the next higher priced tire. I'd gone here for years simply because I though it was the cheapest, quickest place (most importantly cheapest). Finally, out of complete frustration, I tried NTB across the street - and found that I no longer had a need to use the walmart service department . At NTB I got better service from a more knowledgeable staff at a better price... and when they patched the same tire that walmart refused to patch, it lasted another 5000 or so miles.
