Shops all around town use this Orielly store for their parts, and when a part is defective Orielly sends a new part which Orielly covers plus added labor due to the defective part having to be removed and reinstalled. Not for its customers though. If you buy a part from them and have it professionally installed, the only way to get reimburse for it is to pay the labor AGAIN, just to have it removed, then return it and pay for labor AGAIN to get the new part installed just to hope this one is not defective as well. That would put me at $305 in labor 3x = $915 PLUS $250 for the compressor. I do not have the money to pay for 3x the extra labor so I am still without A/C and $550 down the drain because of their faulty parts and policies to help customers. This store is unfair to customers and only help out their friends in town that have shops. I have been a loyal customer to this store for years and can not believe how terribly I was treated over this matter that could have been easily resolved.

I followed my instinct and brought my car to Advance Auto Parts right away because they do free battery checks. I walked in the store and Tony (the hero) courteously greeted me. The staff coordination was like a ballet as another employee came to the front to assist other customers at the counter- very efficient and friendly team! Anyway, Tony explained what was going on under the hood, noticed erosion on my battery and cleaned it, and replaced my battery in minutes! My car is purring like never before and I'm SO happy about this experience. I highly recommend this Advance AutoParts and will definitely return in the future.

Showed up today and the whole team in the auto center is 5 star and the manager Amanda handled me like we were at a five star establishment. I felt I was well taken care of. My issue was resolved quickly and kindly. From start to finish, my experience exceeded my expectations. Kudos to this team who takes care of our autos, which is our lifelines and our way to make our gravy. I am so grateful this experience went well. Having car issues is tough enough. I'm sorry I didn't get pics but I was too busy thanking God for these awesome folks today.

He was very helpful and got me everything I needed as far as my tires and oil went, even on the very busy day they were having. This was a while ago, so I honestly don't remember a whole lot and should've written this review sooner because he deserves it, but I do know I received thorough, above and beyond service. My 1-star experience comes from last week. I was parked in the line going into the shop and was prompted to come inside, which was no problem at all, and I was assisted by a lady, not sure what her name was though. I explained that I had a flat tire which was previously fixed with the tire plug but wasn't sure if there was another tear somewhere else. In response, I was immediately told that they couldn't fix a tire twice, no offer to even look at the tire in question. I also had an extra tire (but no wheel on it) in good shape but was not sure if it had ever been used or not, since the car previously belonged to a relative. To this, I was immediately told that they could only install/replace new tires. Again, no offer to even look at my tire. I then went to Mavis around the corner, just to find out that the leak was coming from the tire plug, and they fixed/reinstalled everything in less than an hour. Not sure if this was just a bad day, but definitely two polar opposite experiences. I could understand liability issues and/or being really busy (which was not true this day, only 1 other car being serviced with no others waiting inside or outside), but really all Walmart had to do was take a few seconds and look at my tires.
