He has been a friend of the family and has been repairing all kinds of equipment for my family. Anything from backhoes, to snow blowers, to an old 1970 jeep that hasn't ran in years, he got running. I was ecstatic to hear had opened his own shop in Saline. First of all I had a foreign car (Nissan Altima) which many shops try to do imports but don't really know how do them correctly (besides simple maintenance). I know enough about cars to know my car was losing trans fluid. Two other shops looked into it and couldn't figure out why my trans fluid level was so low. So what I knew from formally working in the car business, and doing some research, I was fearing an expensive repair. First of all, when I called it was Bryan that answered. I told him the issue and also asked if he could let me know of anything else he found. I had a busy schedule and couldn't come when the shop was open, so he made it very easy for me to leave my car after hours. He called and gave me estimate. I was thrilled to find out my trans problem was going to be relatively inexpensive to fix. He also found I needed front and rear brakes. The price was very reasonable I decided to have him do a tune up as well. I was able to pay for the repair over the phone and pick up the car after hours as well. The car has been running great. Interestingly enough, I had an issue where my temperature gauge needle would bounce around all over that place while driving. It was more of an annoyance than anything, so I didn't see a big deal in even mentioning it. But when I got the car back I had noticed that the gauge is now working normally! He had not even mentioned it to me and surely didn't charge me for it, but it was fixed too! This is just the type of person Bryan is. He takes good care of his good customers. I know my family and I will continue to use him, and I will refer anyone else I know to him.

The person I talked to on the phone was short with me but I'm not bothered by that. I brought my car in on Tuesday morning and got a call later that day saying it was ready, I get dropped off to pick the car up, I pay then drive home and I immediately notice the hanger is still rattling around back there, I call when I get home and bring the car in the next day and again pick it up after work this time without being charged. Again I noticed the exhaust hanger was still rattling around so I took a peak and saw that the hanger was welded to nothing! The resonator was also visibly hanging when I picked up the car the second time, how do you not notice this? I would have been perfectly fine paying more to just have the job done right...

Highly Recommended - Excellent Customer Service…read more 3 years ago, I leased a truck from Joe, and had the greatest experience not only at the beginning, but throughout the lease. Joe found the exact truck I wanted with all the extras at a great price. The process was so easy that I never had to even go to the dealership. He had a driver drop it off at my home, who would also come get it for oil changes and leave a vehicle for me to drive every time. I recently moved about 80 miles away and needed to turn my truck in and he even sent a driver to my new home to come pick up the truck. I also purchased a car from Joe a little over 2 years ago and had specific features that I wanted on the car and didn't want others. There was only 1 in the country and Joe made sure I got the one I wanted. I highly recommend C.R. Motors - not only for purchasing and leasing a vehicle, but also for service/maintenance. I will go to Joe for all my future car buying/leasing needs. Thanks for everything, Joe!!!
