They pulled me up and I had 4 1/2 gallons in the trunk because Prius eat oil a lot. So I asked him if we could use it because I didn't wanna carry this big old thing around he said yes then you'll just pay for the labor. It was synthetic. I was out the door like 61 bucks now not sure if that's a great deal because the oil cost me $30. The odd thing occurred when I asked them about my tires. The gentleman opened the door and looked and said that I was 32 on the front 33 on the back and when I asked the other person, she said she did 35 all the way around so there was a lot of people doing a lot of things, but it was very odd because there was just so many people. When I was pulling in, the lady said left with her hands and the other lady said could you pay attention please. That was a little unpleasant. Overall, it was a good experience. Initially, they told me the noise was coming from the transmission and that it was a transmission issue. I was really shocked, and they said they would run transmission diagnostics to rule out other problems. The next day, they changed their diagnosis and said it was actually a bearing issue. When I asked for any records or documentation supporting the transmission diagnosis, they had none. The only record they provided showed that they used a chassis ear to detect the noise, which actually indicated the noise was coming from the bearing. In the end, I paid $850 just to replace a single bearing.
