I have been to a Valvoline before and did not have the best experience. As a young female who knows…read morenothing about cars, I am typically nervous to go to an auto shop alone because I fear that the employees there will try to upsell me into purchasing another product or service (beyond what I came for)! Although this happened at a different Valvoline, it did not happen here! At this location, the employees were friendly and informative. Specifically, they told me that I need to replace one of my windshield wipers and one of the brake lights. They even told me the cost of these things if I wanted to get it done today. However, when I told them once that I was not interested in these extra services, they did not inquire about it again or "intimidate" me into thinking my car is going to be seriously messed up if I didn't fix these products. This space is small (I believe 2 cars can be worked on at once) but they move quickly. I waited for about 15 minutes to be seen after pulling up and they were able to change my oil in about 10-12. I got the basic oil and it was $52 for the change. I am not sure if that is more or less expensive than other places, but they were quick and friendly so I felt that it was worth the price.

My vehicle was making a noise that was indicative of valve roller rocker wear. Quite common on older Chrysler 3.6 L Pentastar engines. The repair facility I usually go to told me they do not perform this type of work. So I closed my eyes and threw a dart at my local yellow pages and it landed on Manyo motors. And I'm glad it did. I reached out to Dave Manyo and made an appointment. After diagnosing the issue, it turns out that the valve train was not the issue, but a broken flywheel. After replacing the flywheel - and performing additional work I had requested, I picked my van up on the day he promised. Dave produced the broken and cracked flywheel for my inspection. I told him to keep it for his collection of broken flywheels proudly displayed as art on his wall behind his desk. Thank you to Dave and his competent staff for their professionalism and expertise in repairing my vehicle. .....and as Arnold famously once said in the Terminator "I'll be back!!"

They feel like family and they treat me like family! I'm so glad that I've found a trustworthy and competent mechanic! Let me share one of the many times that made a positive difference. I brought my vehicle in to Integrity for needed maintenance. My car was up on the risers high up in the air and the mechanic walked me around my own car showing me what he found, the good and the not so good. He explained things thoroughly. I felt confident that I was being given accurate information and an accurate assessment. I was clearly shown the difference between a worn brake pad and an unworn brake pad and so forth. Parts had to be ordered. Integrity staff pulled up a website with me discussed options and prices for parts ordering. It was full transparency and open communication. Maybe a light on my dash lights up. Ya know, something that makes you worry that your car has just gone kaput. I pop in to Integrity without an appointment and the staff help me figure out what's going on and fix the issue. Prices here are very reasonable. And customer service is stellar. Every. Single. Time. Honest! So what do…read moreyou do when your kid puts diesel fuel into your truck and jacks it up big time and the dealer estimated thousands for the repair? Fix it yourself! It's now after Thanksgiving and too cold to work outside. I already cleaned the tank, changed the fuel pump, put in new injectors and spark plugs and it still won't go. Integrity just opened up across the street and I approached them about taking a look at it. With some cleanup of my handiwork along with another set of plugs and an oil change they got it running again. It's still sputtering on the highway as the O2 sensors are shot, but it beats walking. I'll definitely be back for future auto repair needs.
