The majority of the staff seemed friendly and helpful enough with the exception of a couple of employees. Despite the friendly demeanor of the workers something was quite unsettling. It appeared to me that they had no concern for my best interest, only that of themselves and the company. I drive my newly purchase Nissan off the lot and truly believed I had made a gear decision. Later I was proven to be wrong. Not even 36 hours after buying my new car, it died on me in the middle of the road. After towing it to a mechanic the verdict was that my alternator had gone out. I calmly called the main office to see what could be done. No one was apologetic nor did they offer any solution. It was made clear that I had bought the car "as is" without any warranty. I understand they had no legal obligation to rectify the situation but possibly an ethical obligation was in order. The only hint of help they offered me was a referral to a mechanic. Now I'm out 4 grand and I'm without a car. I've said all of this to warn others to throughly research the car being bought and don't expect USA Auto brokers to respond quickly to a problem that may arise. Update- after talking with the managers they agreed to cover almost half of the repairs necessary to get my car fixed. They were friendly and apologetic. I am moderately satisfied with the resolution provided.

Started financing a truck and after driving it down i10 to get home the transmission went out on…read moreme, called them and they picked it up for me no problem, got the truck back a week later and it was fine for me to drive it home let it sit and go to work the next morning, after getting off work i didn't even make it halfway home before the same problem happened again, called them to pick it up again and fix it, once again it takes a week for them to fix it, gets the truck back and not 3 days later it happens again so of course i called them and i spoke to Bob the general manager and he proceeded to blame me for the transmission going out 3 times and i haven't had the truck longer than a week total, they have had the truck longer working on the transmission than i have had to drive it, now its been about a month since i went to purchase the truck and they are trying to charge my card for the monthly paymen and yet i haven't had the truck for 2 weeks now since it last broke down. do not shop here or bring your business here, they are selling lemon vehicles and the prices are too high for the vehicle being 15-20 years old.

I had so many issues from the tires from the axle falling off I called and tried to be nice and I always got rude mean hateful people they didn't care they didn't even wanna help me fix it the first time but because I posted a review they did and asked me to take it down so I took it down. It happened again And they said they couldn't help me pay for it so I understood it is by as is I fix it spent a lot of money. They didn't care the third time it fell off. I called them crying. I almost had a severe accident because the wheel wouldn't even turn. The lady said she would have someone call me. I waited Saturday all day. No one called me. I called Sunday. I called Monday. Here's Tuesday not even a return phone call. I have went through hell with these people and literally got robbed. They think they're covered their butt with their Contract. Well, let me tell you I have called my attorney the Better Business Bureau and they need to be shut down, they ought to be ashamed of their self, but they don't and they're not because they don't care. They took a vantage of me being a female I don't believe in retaliation, but there is a God above and karma will get them. They have put me through the ringer. All they care about is their monthly payments and selling vehicles to illegal immigrants that don't have driver license. I should've known better when I walked in, but I trusted them please people please do your research and reviews, especially if you're a female like me that I don't know about vehicles I trusted them. This was the biggest by far mistake I've made in any type of purchase in my entire life. If I would've known that, they would've treated their customers the way they treated me. I would've never been one in the beginning, but I did not know I went through hell and spent over $18,000 in less than a year on a truck that was a lemon. Be careful you guys please do not buy from these people they will rob you dry they're horrible People that don't care they'll take your money in a heartbeat and sell you anything and if they fix it, they half ass fix it. They fixed it one time for me and all the parts are wrong. Unbelievable. Don't be their next victim. They put me in my children through harms way I could've died. I could've had an accident. I almost in fact did. Please be careful if you ever step into this place. They're all happy when you give him money to buy a car but after that, they treat you like crap. They don't care at all about their customers. In fact they don't call back they're rude. They're mean I just can't believe there's people like that in this world that will do that to others.
