I had just driven from work from South Houston, to LaMarque to pick my father up and headed to the Ford Moter dealership in Rosenberg to look at a car I wanted. Apparently they are the king of liars and I ended up waisting time, energy and GAS! I didn't even end up getting out of my car after I found out I was lied to. As we drove off my father remembered the gentleman who sold him his car a few years back and said that Mr. Fiaz was honest and a hard working dealer at Baytown Hyundai. So he called him over the phone and he quickly called back stating he could help. When I got there he set me up with Kimberly Woodburn who was very nice and professional. She explained and answered all of our questions. Mr. Fiaz got me in the exact car I wanted (2020 Hyundai Sonata SEL) and I walked out of there happy. They even stayed late to help a since I ended up getting there at 8p and they closed at 9p. Total experience was the best I've ever had. Baytown Hyundai will definitely get my business again and great references from me!

So we ended up pulling the trigger on a 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel, it was a pretty much exactly what we were looking for! Well a month goes by and the vehicle just starts falling apart everything that can fail other than the motor and transmission has failed, thermostat, water pump, throttle body, accelerator pedal, battery, and the list goes on. I took it to a couple shops to get quotes to get the truck back up and running safely on the road and I'm looking 5-10k in potential repairs so now I'm stuck with a 20k paperweight. When I called gates to let them know about the issues the owner continues to tell me, " man I'm sorry I knew those dodges have problems and that I probably shouldn't have risked buying this one but it is as is so sorry buddy" I would not recommend this dealership to anybody ever!
