    First mistake was buying my car from them. The rest of the mistakes was coming back for service. This is like the fourth time I had no choice to come to the hayward autonation car service and yet again not a great service. I usually go to the one in Oakland. One Toyota of Oakland. They are way more organized there when it comes to pulling up and having someone greet you right away. The set up is better for "walk-ins" and people with appointments. At Autonation hayward you just drive up and hope someone comes to you in a timely manner. Every single time I've been here with an appointment it takes up to 20 minutes to even get seen/checked in. There is no system and they just go to anyone. But, I recently had no choice to go here again on 1-7-26 and I came in for routine maintenance for my Rav4 2022. The salesperson upsold me on some stuff I assumed I needed per his recommendation and later realized I did not need it. He recommended I get Ethanol Corrosion inhibitor and proform engine crankcase fuel system cleaning. While I waited I did some quick research and realized I did not need those services. I went and spoke with the salesperson and he said "it was too late to remove it" I asked if he was sure that they didn't start work he said yes. But, he didn't even radio anyone or really try to confirm whether they started working on my vehicle or not. He just said twice he assumes they did already. I also noticed that there was a charge for something I didn't even ask for nor did he mention it. It was for windshield wiper fluid. He said he was going to remove it from the bill and I quote "it's only a $3 charge" Um, okay, I still didn't need nor want it. Needless to say, he did NOT remove it from the bill and I was charged for it. Knowing my car is only 3 years old and in good condition I'm not sure why he even recommended something he knew I didn't need. It was $181 so it's not like it was a small priced service. I paid the price and did not want to argue because I should have rejected and did my research before I agreed but, I do not feel like he was willing to try and help me out and cancel the work he knew I did not need.Now, my car squeaks when I back up. Something that didn't happen before I even took my car in. No customer service and overall they just try and get your money. This is the last time I will be coming here. Do yourself a favor and go to One Toyota of Oakland or somewhere else besides here.

    It went well, always has! First off, saw my dashboard that i need an oil change. Good for me i purchased the "Toyota Care" of my car and have an extra 2 more years to have extra maintenance on my car. I usually go online and get an appointment the next day. Sweet! Drop off my car that morning and talk to the service advisor " Sammy", well versed and informative. And he discussed what has to be done on my car not just an oil change but they did a 60,000 mile check up on my car, and it will take 2 hours. So i waited, got a free complimentary hot drinks by the lounge, Nice! They usually informed you via a text or email, now they enhanced the features. The mechanics will send you a mini video om what he has done on your car in real time which is cool. All in all, i am satisfied on what Toyota Autonation Hayward done, keep up the good work! And thanks!

    Everything went amazingly well! I used to gringe knowing I had to buy a new car but this experience at Auto Nation was absolutely the best from start to finish! Our main guy was AKIF, he was our primary facilitator or sales representative! He was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to do business with and best of all, he wasn't pushy or aggressive! I'm buying all my cars at Auto Nation from now on!

    I bought my 2015 Top of the line Eco Premium Corolla from Hayward Toyota Auto Nation I paid extra for Blissard Pearl White color.

There are ongoing issues…read morewith: * Trash and debris scattered throughout the property * Graffiti and visible dirt buildup * Unhoused individuals congregating on the premises * Areas that appear to have been used as restroom facilities * Strong odors and unsanitary conditions affecting customers and neighboring businesses The property urgently needs to be thoroughly cleaned and power washed to restore safe and sanitary conditions. I have also been informed that the City of Hayward Code Enforcement Division has cited the property again for violations. This indicates that the problems are recurring and are not being properly addressed. Despite these ongoing issues, the store manager, Juan, has failed to take effective action to maintain the property or correct the violations. As a result, customers and nearby residents continue to be negatively impacted. I respectfully request that corporate management: 1. Conduct an immediate inspection of the property. 2. Arrange for professional cleaning and power washing. 3. Remove all trash and debris. 4. Implement measures to maintain a clean and safe environment. 5. Review the performance of the current store manager and determine whether management changes are necessary. As a prominent business in the community, O'Reilly Auto Parts should maintain its property in a manner that reflects professionalism and respect for the surrounding neighborhood.
