This is one of the worst BMW service department dealerships I have ever visit! I just moved to the…read morearea and decided to contact BMW of Columbus! I tired this dealership twice and decided to give them one more try like they say 3 strikes your out! BMW of Columbus was the only dealership that service this BMW since I been in the area! My service advisor Wesley informed me that a bolt was missing! I took my BMW to have my brake light reset and see what's going on with my engine light, radio and why the SOS light is on! I informed Wesley that I have an after market warranty and to give them a call! Wesley called the warranty company and they denied the claim for oil leaks and leaks from the radiator hose. Wesley called and gave me the information regarding the warranty company! I was charged $300.00 to look at things I didn't for and my brake light wasn't reset! Wesley informed the techs THINK it might need a modular for the radio but not sure! To sum it all up I still have no clue regarding radio the bolt thats missing or SOS light! Therefore I paid $300 for?

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE ON YOUR VEHICLE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!…read more 1.) I took my 2011 328i in for service and maintenance. Was quoted ~$500 to do a break fluid flush, Oil change and main/AC air filter change. This is already WAY overpriced but I guess price gouging is to be expected at a dealer. When I went to pick up my vehicle since they didn't have the parts to do my breaks (Thank God) they tried charging me $700. Once I asked them to explain why my bill was an extra $200 the service rep got real uncomfortable and started talking in circles and giving me obviously incorrect information. Needless to say the bill "magically" went back to $500 due to a "mistake" entered into the computer. 2.) I was quoted at ~$650 to replace my main drive belt tensioner pully assembly. Well, I said no thanks and did some research. I ended up purchasing the part online for $28 and the installation took less then 30 minutes which I speculate would have taken about 10 minutes for a professional mechanic. Charging $650 for this job is absolutely criminal. 3.) They quoted me at $1,500 to do all 4 rotors and break pads. While this maybe isn't criminal like the previous case and is at least somewhat comparable to a local shop it is still an asinine amount to pay as it probably takes them about 20 mins per wheel. Needless to say I purchased the parts myself and installed them for less than $500. Also it is very easy to install the break pad sensors and reset the warning light on the computer yourself, just google it. These people prey on rich BMW owners that do not want the hassle of doing things themselves or shopping around and do not even bother to look at their bill. If you care about your money either go to a local import shop or do it yourself. If its the worst case scenario and you must go here bring Vaseline it makes the inevitable penetration more comfortable and triple check your bill at the end.

I waited a few months after purchasing my car to write a review just to be sure. So here it is…read more These folks are phenomenal. And I dealt with all of the departments. Now I cant afford a MB, I'm at a point where I need a car in good shape that's reliable and cheap and wont make me hate myself in 5 years. I settled on the Hyundai Sonata. The Eco gets the best gas mileage and with its little turbo is actually one of the quicker cars in its category so I actually enjoy driving it. Bonus: this one has premium leather and infotainment. This dealer had one from a trade in. I contacted them and Brittany reached out. She explained that they replaced the entire engine due to issues with said turbo. Swapping the whole engine was the same price as swapping the turbo so that's what they did. The car had 60k miles. Engine 2k. Killer deal. Anyways, after what was, the best over all dealer experience, (I visited like 6) I decided to pull the trigger. Bought it same day. They stayed late and helped walk me through the process. I got there late because I live in Atlanta, which should tell you how good the price was. The whole process was great, they all treated me like I'd just bought an E-class, when in reality it was definitely the cheapest car on their lot. It made me feel good. Fast forward about a month, I'm driving and hear a *pop*.. loud hissing and low power. Definitely the turbo. I got home and called them explaining the situation. Spoke with the head engineer I believe. Here's where they blew my mind. They offered to transport the vehicle from Atlanta to Columbus and fix it. No charge. Keep in mind this is a freaking used Hyundai. No warranty, no 30 day grace period. They just did it. They were under no obligation, legal or otherwise to do this for me but they did and that was just the greatest customer service experience I've ever dealt with in regards to any car related situation. As much as I'd like to say that I'll only buy from them from here on, I dont see myself picking up a Mercedes any time soon, but if you buy one from anywhere else, I'm willing to bet you're losing out. Thank you!

They immediately set us up to speak with Tyler. He was responsive, attentive and willing to do anything he could to help. Once we made our decision, the process was quick and painless. We did it all virtually and he delivered my new car two days after our first chat! He even noticed a little pull in the steering when he left and drove back to the dealership to make sure everything was ok. Exceptional service and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. They have gained a loyal customer and I look forward to our next purchase with Mercedes of Columbus!
