Once the regional manager, Austin, got involved, everything turned around. Then, the person told me to drop my car off for the appointment at 7:30...she didn't show up until 8 (I don't know when the service techs finally got there). They said the car would be done in a couple hours, so I went to a coffee shop next door to do some work. At 10:30 I called to check in and they said they were "finalizing some things and they should call in about 45 minutes to let me know it's done." Well, an hour later I'm back at the shop and they hadn't even taken my car back! The guy on the phone claims he didn't say what he said and that I should have known it could take all day. I asked for a ride to work (it was about noon at this point). He said they couldn't do it now but could have this morning -- I would have asked then had I known I'd miss over half a day at work! So I took my car back and left. They set me up for an appointment almost a week later, that was the soonest they could see me, apparently. Well I immediately called my insurance to find another place - told them I'd drive an hour if I had to - that could do it. They found a shop who did it the next day AND came to my car instead of doing it at the shop. Do NOT take your car here.
