I've never met another mechanic that would take over 20 minutes on the phone helping me understand the problem and make an informed decision. They are always transparent on the parts and labor costs, and they warranty most every part that you get replaced with them. Matt, the owner, and his team are highly knowledgeable and they truly care about your vehicle running properly and safely.

Without them, we'd either be stranded in TX for another few days or have to spend hundreds on a rental car to take home and then drive all the way back from OK when it was fixed. They really saved our bacon. They are quick and curtious. I can't recommend them enough.

They had a vehicle I wanted to purchase for my wife for Christmas. We live out of state. He assured me that I did not need to give a deposit that my word was enough to secure the vehicle. We began the paperwork process and we both took off of work on Monday to travel and finish the deal. The salesman we were dealing with called us less than 24 hours later to say they sold the vehicle. This is a very disappointing situation and not the way a professional business should be ran. I do not recommend using this dealership.

Now my truck won't crank unless I relieve the pressure on the fuel line. They took time to tell me my brake fluid needs to be flushed among other things equally an additional $1k. I was planning to go back to get those items fixed. You are not going to milk me. Find another cow. They just missed that $1k trying to milk me for that $125. And they got a bad review from me, which can potentially cost the other customers.

They changed my oil this morning, a little less than 90 miles later my oil light comes on. Immediately pull over and there's oil everywhere. Walk around the car there's oil on the back end and passenger side of the car. I called maci lube and he advised it could have been an issue with the o ring on the filter, then said to drive my car to him. I said I can't because there's clearly a significant oil leak. He told me to go to a local place and call him in the morning. So I pay 125 to be towed to a local place where they see there is no oil filter attached. I call maxi lube back and he said he tightened the filter with a wrench so there's no way. He said he's not paying for the tow and can refund my initial oil change for "condolences". Go see him in person after my car is fixed and admits it could have been him but he's only willing to refund the initial oil change. Zero out of ten stars. Do not recommend.

And does not even deserve the 1 star. I went in to get a set of tires 6 months same as cash. 20 dollars down. Ok great super nice lady that helped me. Got me fixed up I had 0 problems. I was never told the exact amount of each monthly payment but it wasn't an issue I knew what I was signing up for. Each month like clock work 281.44 on auto draft never an issue with my payments: rocking along my 6 month was up which was December whoop whoop last payment. Thought nothing else of it. January rolls around and and 281.44 is drafted from my acct. I call to see what is going on. And she proceeds to tell me that I didn't not meet the agreement having it paid off in 6 months. And I owe another 1400.00 on top of the 1987.47 I just paid off in full so I thought. Let me tell you I was confused. I went to trying to figure this thing out. Here is what I found the payment was set at 281.44.X6= 1688.64 which is a $377.91 difference between grand total of the tires and what I paid in the 6 months. 377.91 divided by 6 = a whopping 49.88 difference from what I paid and what it took to have it paid off in the 6 months. So basically they lowered my monthly payment to exactly the amount of missing the 6 month period by 1 month. Then want to tack on Penalties etc. I was floored when they showed up at my house demanding payment or they were taking my tires which remind you they are fully paid for at this point. The amount of phone calls each day. And Harrassing text messages which I will Attach below I am flabbergasted by this. I got in the store to talk to the manager and he reminded me of Matilda's crooked Dad. He was so proud of himself and all he could say well ma'am we set it at the lowest monthly payment that we are allowed to accept. And it does not meet the 6 months. Well why In the Hell would I agree to that? That's what I went in there for 6 months same as cash no more no less. And all he could say with a smirk on his used car salesman's face is "well ma'am we do not know your financial situation" people do it all of the time. I really don't know how many times he said that. My financial situation is total amount divided by 6. And proceeds to tell me I owe another 500 something dollars. No way in hell. I said I hope you sleep well at night knowing what a scam you have going on here. But you know the thing is. I had 0 problems no complaints. Easy does it and would have been a return customer.
