Service is good, they Need MORE employees because most i've seen is a guy working up front & in back, when i jokingly making conversation asking where's your help, the reply is At Nail appointment, Hair appointment, or doing something with kids (doc appointment etc.) and IF she is on premises she's usually sitting down watching videos like TikTok on phone from what other customers waiting their turn has commented while I was being helped..They need to get that guy some help & get a manager that's actually manager material. Plus they need to Start stocking product because as of Jun 1st-ish last time i was in there, they're out of almost every size & every grade Flat Washers & Hex Nuts. Gotta start Listening to the people actually working the store when they tell you they Need Stock of whichever item they're out of or running low on...If you're Not here in the Grind you have No idea what your workers are dealing with. Do better & possibly get some Advertising so store can draw up more Business. Marketing is Key. This town needs this store. read more
