We have used them for all of our paint needs for the house, and have been happy with the quality of the products. If they don't have something on hand, they are generally happy to order it. They have basically everything you expect from a small town hardware store and then some. It also operates a little as a museum of natural history --the mom, Gemma, collects minerals and meteorites, as well as historical artifacts. It's worth a gander for that alone.

I went there today and they were already trying to help me before I could even make it through the door. But seriously, they are always super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. 2nd, it is so much more convenient when you need to pick up just a couple of things as opposed to driving to the neighboring town to hit up one of the big hardware stores. Besides, I like to support the local economy in Blacksburg as much as possible.
