Not even 3 hours later, the inspector, Mr Q, was at my doorstep. This gentleman was super friendly, efficient, professional, and accomplished the required check, while assuring me that I would have a copy of the inspection findings by the close of business the next day. True to his word, Mr Q provided me with the necessary paperwork for my refinance the very next day, less than 24 hours after the inspection. His diligence and promptness ensured I could have the report to the mortgage company, on time.
