I've come to this Toyota about 6 times now. And something always goes wrong…read more Today was the last straw, we will be going to a different Toyota to do servicing and details from now on. We came in for a shampoo and detail, as well as a quick diagnostic report. We were told at 9:30am that everything would take one hour, and then the shampoo drying time would be 3 hours. We checked in to see what the status was for waiting at 12:00pm, they had not even started anything yet. We don't have the time to wait longer when it hasn't even started so we canceled the entire thing and are waiting for them to bring our car back so we can leave... It's 1:00pm and they still aren't able to bring our car back, when we've had no work done! We've just wasted nearly 4 hours (and counting) for nothing! Don't waste your time, go to a different Toyota. Only saving grace is they always have property brothers playing in the waiting area.

The general manager and principle called it poor communication but they were just protected themselves ,never did hear from owner about my concerns after multiple emails . I had to deal with general manager because my salesperson (who was terrific was away) . I have bought many new cars over the years and this experience was one of the worst if not the worst. Ended up buying my LC500 out of Quebec and had it shipped to edmonton and it was still cheaper and a way better experience . Just saying at this time you have a 50/50 chance of a good experience with this dealership . I have talked to Lexus Canada and they should hear from them , I never have . Do you homework with this dealership and be careful who you deal with . Recommendations: * Obtain a second opinion from a reputable third-party mechanic before authorizing any major maintenance or repairs at Wheaton Honda. * Do not collect your vehicle or sign off on service without a proper walkthrough with service rep. Request a detailed review of the completed work with the service representative to ensure all issues have been adequately addressed * Exercise caution when relying on the assurances from the Service Manager (warranty stage) - Ensure all service details and commitments are documented in writing. Not a good experience. I went in to trade my vehicle and already new the vehicle I wanted had done…read moreit mostly over the phone. Arrived at the dealership and my salesman James was nice. I was also charged GST twice. I waited for 2 hours for the financing to get completed they told me 15 minutes. Took 3 days to get the financing approved. Purchased the paint protection pkg which I usually never do because its not work it. Part of the deal was Ford would throw in tint, I explained to the salesman 3 times also via text, so he had it in his phone of how I wanted it tinted and they did not do it how they were asked so it had to go back. Then to top it off when I received my vehicle after they applied the protection coating it was delivered scratched up all over the entire vehicle. I purchased the vehicle Dec15 had to take it back Dec 2 for the tint and paint to be repaired, paint was not repaired it is still scratched so have to drop it off again to see if they can fix the paint. This was honestly one of my worst experiences purchasing a vehicle other than Land Rover.
