So it's comforting to have a glass guy (as he calls himself) who makes you feel better by doing an amazing job with the repair. My boyfriend asked for a quote late Friday night and Emilio (the business owner) responded the next morning while I was at work. He was very accomodating with my schedule. He was willing to meet me after work on a Saturday, pretty much on short notice. He was even at my apartment early! *Bonus points for punctuality* I was really impressed by his professionalism and how quickly he got the job done (~1hour). Compared to the other quotes I got, his was by far the best at $140 (this was the front side passenger window). Glass repairs with other mobile glass companies cost anywhere between $160-180 for a side window. It's unfortunate I'm familiar with the pricing-- it's happened one too many times to my boyfriend's car. He vacuumed all the glass trapped in the door and in the small space between the seat and the door. And after the window replacement, he wiped down all my windows with glass cleaner. He made sure I was happy with his work before he left. I almost couldn't tell the difference with the other windows of my car. Emilio- I have called numerous times. No response. Texted. No Response. Thank you for your response to my review update. I drive my car perhaps once a week. Commute by Bart most days. The times I texted you about the windshield noise and problems were when I drove my car. Please do not confuse the dates after a "repair" was completed as satisfaction. I did take the car to another brick and mortar shop. They showed me how the glue used failed to seal. I called you back, no response. There appears to be no warranty offered. What is the reason for no response when I did in fact take the car in like you asked me to. The windshield sealant didn't work. Maybe it worked for other people. The results I got are loud cabin noise. Roof material near the windshield deformed. And when it rained for the first time since installation- voila- water dripping onto the dashboard. I have the results you wanted me to get. Only thing is you never intended to make good on the warranty and have not responded to any outreach.
