I came back to my windshield perfectly fixed, my car vacuumed and cleaned with all the bags and sweatshirts organized and in my trunk. They had even found my replacement sun visor that I'd ordered and not installed yet AND INSTALLED THEM FOR FREE. I was driving around with a half ripped visor for a year! I cried from gratitude. The installation for these would have cost me hundreds of dollars at the dealership. They simply replaced a screw in minutes. I can't describe how relieved and appreciative I am. Actual installation was simple - dropped off the car, grabbed a bite and some coffee, and waited for the call that the car was ready. No more than 2 hours. Paid the deductible, and everything looks amazing! Shoutout to the owner - did a great job at replacing the windshield, and even offers warranty if anything goes wrong. Sent out requests for quotes to glass repair shops in the Oakland/Alameda area at 9pm and got the bids in within a couple hours. For a Tesla 3 quarter window, I was quoted $800 by Tesla, $700 by Safelite, and local shops were quoting $580-$600. The difference was Tesla/Safelite only had appointments for 11 days out and all the local shops were able to see me almost immediately this morning. Almost pulled the trigger on another shop that was close by but Fast Mobile Glass came in though and undercut everyone's quote at $375 flat. They said I could come in immediately. I got in at 9am the next day (today), said it would take 30 minutes and ended up finishing in 15. They vacuumed all the glass, got everything replaced, and I was done faster than I could have ever expected it. The owner and the technicans were nice and gave me tips on trying to prevent another break in from happening again and tips about parking near trees for glass replacement on my car that they've seen happened to other people with their windshields. Got in and out in 20 minutes and was a pleasant experience overall. Thank you!

I went to 3 other places that couldn't get the part. Yanney did some research and was able to find it, it just took a loooooong time over many weeks. I really appreciated his effort though because I almost gave up and went to the dealership. The price for the generic glass ended up being $500 vs $2,000 at the dealership. Overall everything turned out great and given the state of the highways in the east bay (rocks flying everywhere) I'll likely use these guys again.
