At the beginning everything seems good. I called them they respond fast and the price for changing my broken auto glass was a bit better than their competitors. I received two offers one with OEM part and one with aftermarket glass. They told me that the only difference between these two glasses are the way they break. I decided for the aftermarket glass. As they replaced the glass couple clips of the paneling broke. Sure that can happen. The problem was that they wanted to leave it like this. I had to ask them to find replacements to attach the paneling in the proper way. After all that I was pretty happy until I drove the car and realized that the surface of the glass is not even so that the glass look blurry. Everything what I see through this class is like under water. Since it's the driver side it is very annoying. This is the worst. As I complaint at the same day they did not even answer first and later they ask me to pay the full price again if I want to change it to an OEM part. they don't even wanted to change it to another glass which is OK and not has a factory damage. A couple days later I find out that the glass is not even tight and leakproof because on the highway it makes noises and if I got in the car wash it drips inside the car. Now they don't even want me to text them but I will see what I can do. Another thing is that they can't give you a proper invoice. read more

Luis was awesome and offered me one of the cheaper prices to replace my broken window. The only downside to his business is that you have to come to him, he doesn't come to you but he was very friendly and trustworthy. He doesn't have a shop of his own so don't be alarmed when you drive there and discover that it's at a residential apartment building.
