If you have any options besides this one take it. If you are getting repairs done out of pocket i highly recommend researching others and not using this one. I had minor damages (car was parked on the road and a 5 mile per hour side swap from a neighbor's car) banged up my bumper and a little bit of the fender). I was originally going to get the replacement parts from either pick n pull for around $300 or buy brand new parts for $600 and just replace them myself but the other persons insurance company contacted me so i figured i'd just let someone else do the work. HUGE MISTAKE. They ended up taking the car for two weeks, i called a total of four times (2x each week) to get updates and i kept being told the technician was either out for the day or busy and would call me back. I never heard from anyone. The insurance company called me on the third week and said the quote exceeded the value of the car ($8,000) so they totaled the car. I believe it was an attempted auto body insurance fraud (inflating damage costs, billing for unperformed work or fake parts, and "burying" deductibles by shortchanging quality materials). Save yourself the headache, avoid this place.

After my husband had a great experience here, I felt compelled to write a good review because I am currently having to go back to a fix auto location because their repair job is cracking! Go to Top Tier, avoid the headache of other autobody shops doing bad work. Top tier has competitive pricing and not only does the owner know his stuff with cars, the receptionist is a car enthusiast herself. Their passion shows in their work. These guys are all about making money instead of repairing a vehicle properly after an accident…read more They put over 60 miles on my vehicle, deleted my dash cam footage which included the locked video from being rear ended, put deep scratches everywhere on my vehicle, broke every tab on the vehicle trim and stuck it back on (crooked) with double sided tape and I'm pretty sure they put my same rear bumper back on instead of new like they were supposed to since I could still see the outline from where a decal was. Too expensive for shoddy repairs! The communication was very lacking and I ended up leaving message after message to have them please call. When I finally got through to inquire about my vehicle I was talked to rudely by a woman who said she was on vacation so she couldn't be there to babysit and make sure the men made their calls. I ended up taking my vehicle to another body shop to have it repaired for the original accident damage and the damage made by Carstar. I don't recommend them at all.
