It's nice to see knowledgeable people who care about people and their cars. The shop is super clean. And it's in a very nice area of JC. I don't live in JC anymore, but I considered the way the neighborhood interacted with him as a positive sign. I'll definitely bring my vehicles here in the future.

Luckily I was at the light on the corner of Bergen & Communipaw so I pulled into Driveworks. They pumped up & checked my tire, it was some freak accident. I had checked the tire pressures the day before & I guess the internal valve opened up so it leaked all night. I knew I needed front brakes but kept putting it off. They gave me what seemed like a fair price & replaced them. Then at no cost they checked my flat tire & added air to all 4... I thought the service was great. While my tire was being serviced, they left a deep scratch on the passenger-side door panel of my brand-new 2025 GMC Acadia. I was quoted $562 to replace the damaged panel. Also, there was oil fingerprints all over the front bumper and inside of the car. As I entered the car after the service was complete, the car had a very strong unpleasant odor, wich made the experience even more uncomfortable. I am extremely disappointed with the way my vehicle was treated. In my experience, this was one the worse shop experience I have had in Town of Washington, NJ. I strongly recommend taking pictures of your vehicle before leaving it with this shop and considering other options if you can. The waiting room is dirty and dusty ... this place is not good anymore even in case of an emergency. Pett's Tire Auto Center in Washington, NJ is a terrible place. I would not recommend it to anyone.

When I brought my vehicle in on Thursday I was told it would not be ready until Monday the next day I received a phone call from Javier stating it will be ready the following day and I found this sketchy so I went on to pick up my vehicle and paid for their services thinking everything was fine only to find out that my vehicle later on that night continued to make the same noise that I brought it in for so I waited to see if it would stop and it did not then as night fell I went to turn on my lights and they did not work after I just installed new bulbs a week prior to bringing my vehicle to this nightmare of a place and when my father went to check the lights only to find out my bulbs were taken and replaced with non functional ones without my authority and I still had the package box of the ones my father had installed to prove this and when I called to question Javier he was very rude and hung up the phone on me . I am writing this to warn people to stay away from this place .... horrible experience

I do not recommend this mechanic due to poor communication and incompetency that resulted in my…read moreLane Keeping Assistance feature being disabled without repair. I brought my car in to repair the passenger-side window. I purchased the part the shop recommended (the driver-side window switch) after asking whether the passenger-side switch was needed. I was told it was not. When I was first told the car was ready, the passenger window still did not work. After I pointed this out, the mechanic changed fuses in the fuse box and stated that different voltage fuses were required. Even then, the window would only work once the car warmed up, which I was told was "not a big deal." When I tested the window from the passenger-side controls, it did not work at all. By this point, I had already paid. Shortly after leaving, I noticed my Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) warning light was on. I informed the mechanic and was told it would go away after driving. Weeks later, the light is still on. I was then asked to pay to replace the passenger-side window switch... the same part I was originally told was unnecessary. When I asked about the LKA issue, I was told they would need to look at the car when they had time. The work performed resulted in additional issues, and the repair orders do not reflect the misinformation given or the fuse changes that occurred.
