Truly disappointed with this franchise. Took a chance to service my F150 Raptor truck outside of Ford Dealership and deeply regret it. Called beforehand and spoke to Gary to see if they can service my F150 with new tires plus an oil change. Paid $25 for deposit. Have a quote for roughly 1600 before taxes and fees. Upon arrival, they took my truck in right away however as the mechanics had removed my tires off the truck and one beadlock off my rim, the service rep wanted to charge me $60.00 more for removing the beadlock off the rim. If I had known this prior to them removing the tire and one beadlock off I probably would have not agreed. Shady business at that point. Service was fast but not due to quality repair. Oil spills all over the truck and 3/4 rims were chipped due to mechanics removing it improperly. Not only that, new tires did not come with inflation port covers, no tire pressure checks as all 4 tires were uneven, with no alignment or balance. Only plus side is that they were able to receive my tires fast but came at a price of damages to my vehicle. To the owner or associate of this franchise who reads this post. No need for an apology, just do better by your customers and don't mislead them into bringing their vehicle in just to add on hidden fees and/or damage their vehicle. read more

I have to say very pleased with the service and th staff at this locations. I made an appointment online for services of brakes, alignment and tire rotation. When I took it in yea I was informed that the mechanic was off for th sneaked but they could do the other service and the brakes the next morning. I was good with that as I have a second car. The Manager-to work with as well as pleasant and professional. He explained everything and was up front about the charges. He is truly someone who cars about his customers. All the other staff I interacted with were also professional and pleasant. I will take my vehicles back for other service when needed and it wouldn't require goi g to the dealership. read more

Booked an appt through the website to replace a tire I have been having trouble with on Friday. Unfortunately, the tire wasn't delivered at the time but the manager was very nice about it and ordered a new one for me since the delivery person messed up. I came in early Saturday morning and they were able to replace it right away despite being very busy. I was even given an amazing discount and because of insurance on the tire, I don't have to worry about paying full prices on tire the next time I come it. This location has great customer service and is very attentive! Unlike the location in Bloomfield where I sat and waited for 2 hours because they forgot about me. Definitely recommend this location for any tires needs!! read more

The wife caught a Nail in the tire we actually live right around the corner from the Harrison location they pulled her right in and fixed the tire quickly and cheaply had her back on the road in 15 minutes read more

I brought my car in for breaks, they told me I needed all this other stuff and it totaled $810. The next day when I came to get my car there was another guy in who said don't forget about your breaks. I explained to him thats what I was quoted for, he then got disrespectful and hostile saying I payed for 4 tires and a wheel alignment. He told his employees to take my tires off and put my old ones back on, the employee replied that he didn't know where my old tires were. I paid $810 for 4 tires and a wheel alignment because this man was hostile and I was afraid he would ruin my car. The manager Steve offered to take the wheels off and give me a full refund and a discount on the breaks for the inconvenience. When I tried to bring the car back Steve said " NO YOU WROTE US A BAD REVIEW NOW I'M NOT GOING TO HELP YOU." while yelling and being hostile again. He told me to call corporate and file a complaint. So yes I was scammed for $810 and I still don't have the new breaks that my car needs. read more

They did a good job installing the 4 New Tires. Unfortunately they forgot to give me back my Lugnut wheel key and instead gave me some generic lugnuts they put in the bag that would contain the wheel lock. Its not a see through bag. I didnt notice, so here I am months later with a flat having to get my car towed off the NJ turnpike because I don't have the wheel key. Just called, they were totally useless in attempting to locate the wheel key. Didn't ask for my info, didn't care to look up when the car was serviced. I DONT CARE HOW LONG AGO IT WAS. They should keep and identify car parts not given back to a customer. Giving a customer back a WHEEL LOCK KEY should be on a checklist of a company who's main focus is "Tires". This has already cost me hundreds of dollars. And I still have to get a wheel lock key from the dealership. Tire install was good. Lack of attention to detail is horrendous. Needed to get an oil change and tire rotation and this place is right around the corner from me so decided to give it a try. They had me in and out in 20 minutes, didn't try to upsell me on anything crazy, and the guy attending to me (Clarence, I think) was very nice. Great experience read more
