I purchase brand new oil, when I arrived home doing oil change on my car I realized I was sold an old, recycled black oil.

My car died rolling into the parking lot of this Autozone. Albert and Nathan were so extremely helpful. They went out of their way to get my battery out test it and charge it. They let me chill in the store because it was ridiculously hot outside. I had to end up getting towed to a car garage but they helped with so much. I needed a battery desperately so I called AutoZone. Tyler answered the phone and told me to come down ASAP. Despite the fact that he was very busy he ran right out and changed my battery. Originally I'm from CA and my girlfriend's car was transported from the west coast to the east coast. One of her headlights were out. I found the nearest auto zone and went there 2 hours before closing. These folks were unprofessional eating dunkin donuts and they know nothing about cars. I asked if they can change one of the headlights and they said they need car jack to lift it up and change it underneath. LOL. Yeah, I could have YouTubed it but I'm not gonna risk breaking anything else. The next morning, went to an auto shop, told the guy my situation and what the folks from autozone said. He said they're lazy and don't want to help out that much. LOL. read more

My car needed a new battery, I placed an order for in-store pick up on the Auto Zone app. Got an email within 10 minutes stating my order was ready for pick up! On arrival I was greeted by Anthony, who was tremendous. Anthony helped me install the new battery and had me on my way in no time. Highly recommend! read more

Anthony, the store manager is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers! He not only came out to my car and found the part I needed, but also installed the new part. He saved me money and time! My car was fixed in a flash! He made my day. Worst counter service ever. Two employees working the counter, one on her personal phone call (able to listen long enough to figure that out) and one standing behind his commercial account sign taped to his plexiglass barrier. She was ghosting me and he disappeared after waiting on a guy in front of me. Walked out and went to NAPA. read more

They have posted a sign that they will start serving clients at 7:30am. I did arrive 7:25 and I am leaving 8:05 and the store is not open yet. If this store do not respect their own regulations how can we expect they respect all clients? I hope there is an option for NO STARS! read more

This morning there was rain and ice slated for the area. I had to replace my windshield wiper blades. I called Auto Zone and spoke with Anthony. He confirmed he had the blades so I drove over and he even installed the blades! Great guy and great service. read more

I tried to return 2 brake rotors I bought at another store. When I bought them, they gave me 2 different numbers. Because of that, the employee at Shrewsbury would only take back 1 rotor, because the other one wasn't on the receipt. So now, because of his unwillingness to do his job, I have to drive back to RI where I bought them to return them. This guy couldn't have been more unknowledgeable, or more unwilling to help. I have also had other bad experiences at that store. I guess I'll give Advance or NAPA my business. read more

I called to make sure the part was there before I left my house. The guy on the phone assured me they had many of them. When I got there, the same guy, had no idea what I was talking about. After waiting for them to finish with another customer, I find out that not only do they not have the part, they can't even order it. Complete waste of my time. Don't tell a customer something is there when it is not. read more
