It seems like I came a bit too early for the order to be ready, but the staff that was helping me was able to find the stuff I ordered promptly. Sometimes, it's a bit of a wait here, since they seem understaffed at times. However, when you are able to be helped, they are knowledgeable and helpful. In the past, when I was starting to do my own oil changes, they helped me find the right tools, oil, and filter that matched my vehicle. I've also witnessed them help people diagnose and fix their vehicles in the parking lot itself.

The guy who answered the phone put me in hold for about 5 minutes, just to tell me that the mechanic is "Not interested in working on my car" and hung up on me. Didn't give me a reason or the chance to ask why. I was so pissed that I didn't call back because I know it was going to end ugly. I'm taking my business, and of my company, somewhere else.

So when I needed my Jaguar serviced I remembered that he (Tom) had had one so he was familiar with Jags I had him do my inspection and diagnose what was wrong with my Jaguar well he told me it would cost $3400 to fix and $1000 to get running I was shocked at the $3400 figure and the $1000 figure I was prepared to pay well to make a short story shorter I just paid to have my car inspected by him and went to Midas which I would have never considered before I forgot to mention that I also needed to put my tag properly on my car and asked Tom for a screwdriver and he denied me so I was quite happy when Midas did their own diagnostics and found that something just needed tightened with regards to my power steering and they only charged me $172 for a service that Tom at Reds and Son's was going to charge me $3400 for so I think that explains my rating I wish you had negative numbers because it definitely was less than a positive experience.

I checked the website in the afternoon, plenty of appointments available next day. I called for an estimate of how long it would take. They said they would need to see the car first to really let me know, that's fair. They were happy to book a time for me while I was on the phone rather than through the website. The following day, I arrived a few minutes early. They have several garages with a different service label over each ("brakes", "oil", "mufflers", etc). They all had a car inside, except the muffler one. I went in, they asked for my registration, contact info and keys. My car was brought in immediately, and within a few minutes they knew what had to be done and the cost. $100 plus tax, $108 total. It was ready in 30 minutes! The slowest portion of the visit was waiting for the invoice to print out LOL. No problem. Nothing too fancy about the waiting room, but it was comfortable. It's a typical garage waiting room. I wouldn't eat off any surfaces but was happy to sit and wait. Pretty quiet. NBC news on television. No bad smells, it was totally fine. I only had this one visit but I recommend this place based on that visit.

Needed a rear window wiper blade replacement. Of course, I called around and around and no one had…read moreone in stock - except for Advance. I go over there, sure enough, they do have one. So out in the parking lot, as it's about to rain, I then try to interpret the completely counterintuitive instructions that are the package, like they have the same instructions for about 4 different designs of blade. Sort of generic installation instructions. So there's a guy from the store who is helping other customers with various things, and he sees me fumbling around, and says he'll help me as soon as he finishes with someone else. By now it really raining, so this guy affixes a garbage bag to his head as rain gear, and after just minimal fumbling, we have the new blade on. Five stars, not enough!
