So out in the parking lot, as it's about to rain, I then try to interpret the completely counterintuitive instructions that are the package, like they have the same instructions for about 4 different designs of blade. Sort of generic installation instructions. So there's a guy from the store who is helping other customers with various things, and he sees me fumbling around, and says he'll help me as soon as he finishes with someone else. By now it really raining, so this guy affixes a garbage bag to his head as rain gear, and after just minimal fumbling, we have the new blade on. Five stars, not enough!

My 2010 SS needed a new underhood fuse box and I found one through this supplier…read more 1. It took two weeks to get the part from NEW YORK to PENNSYLVANIA. 2. The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

After a few days of it being "fixed" our check engine light came back on and off and our car stopped running. We brought it back and we're told that "if the check engine light isn't on we can't do anything about it." Recently every-time we put gas in the car it wouldn't start for about 10 minutes. We brought it to a pep boys in New Jersey and we're told they tore the air filter and our purge valve was "stuck up".
