They appear to service the fleets for a number of businesses, so the parking area around the garage is most always full. Don't park in front of the entrance to the work bays. They don't schedule appointments. I show up at 7 am, when they open, and over a five year period they have always completed my service by close of business that day. I'm sure there are exceptions to the rule, but that has been my experience. When parts are needed, they often arrive in the afternoon. They will call you when the vehicle is ready for pick up. To me their pricing is fair and honest. I want quality work and I'm willing to pay for it. A friend of mine suspected her dealership was overcharging her and asked if I knew of a good mechanic. I took her to Voigt's and they were able to perform the work for much less. They are a good place to go, if you want a second opinion. Voigt's pointed out to me that my truck has a broken bolt on my exhaust, so there is an exhaust leak until things warm up. They said it really didn't hurt anything, so it's a repair that I am choosing to put off. As to my reviews always being positive. For a number of years I benefited from the reviews of others and found places I would have never know existed otherwise. Then I decided to submit reviews. I use Yelp to find good places to try. I figure that's what you are looking for too. You're not looking for a bad experience, but we all experience bad ones from time to time. It could be my bad day and not theirs. I called AAA a year later telling them that the battery was dead and could not take a charge. I tried to get in contact with ROSSI towing service in Santa Cruz California and they were rude and did not follow through with my request for getting a receipt or invoice for the purchase of the battery when they helped me on February 2025. To be more specific, when I called AAA for service, they sent out Rossi towing service and they provided me with a battery. Their customer service sucks! They did not help me and the woman on the phone was a real rude bitch! However, I reached out to Napa auto parts on Radio Road in Naples, Florida. NAPA is the business that I am supposed to reach out to to get an exchange regarding the battery. They were awesome! They were kind, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this auto parts store for not only battery needs but for all your auto needs. They were wonderful. They talked in great detail on how to keep my battery in a healthy state and even referred me to another source for a battery charger that they recommended because they did not have it in stock. If you hear any negative reviews about this particular store, disregard them. All you have to do is walk in there and talk to them and you'll see how nice they are and willing to help you. The next morning I discovered that my driver's side headlight on my 93' Chevy Silverado had been broken - most probably from a large truck I'd had to follow the previous day. (My rule of thumb is that if you open the hood to any vehicle and you can't see the ground, then your chances of successfully working on them are pretty slim). Anyhow, I figured I could save some money and change the headlight out myself. With a quick Youtube tutorial on headlight changeout on my vehicle make and year, I quickly had the grill off and the headlight out. I took my headlight (assembly and all) to this O'Reilly's where I was helped by a very helpful and knowledgeable employee, Daniel. He quickly looked up my replacement part and stated he didn't have it in stock, but it could be delivered by 4pm that afternoon. That worked for me and while I was at it, I decided to purchase the passenger side headlight assembly also so I would have matching new headlights. I was called later that afternoon by Patrick who stated my headlight assembly was in. I promptly went to their store and picked up the replacement part. Patrick was helpful and friendly. Each headlight assembly was a little over $58 each. I went home, installed both, replaced the grill and everything worked perfectly. I was glad I went ahead and replaced both. I was very pleased with the service and the replacement headlight assemblies. They were easy to install and I figured I saved myself a couple of hundred dollars $$ by doing it myself. The employees I interacted with were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I certainly recommend them and this place for your automotive needs. Check them out.

After multiple visits and over $2,000 spent on A/C recharges, labor, and repairs, including a condenser leak they eventually found and repaired, I finally thought the problem was fixed. About a month later, one vent started blowing noticeably less cold, so I brought the car back. They evacuated the entire system, found another leak in the evaporator, and told me they were "legally" prohibited from putting the refrigerant back in. I researched this and could not find any Florida or Federal law specifically prohibiting a shop from recharging an A/C system simply because a leak was detected. If that were the case, they wouldn't have recharged my leaking system the previous two times. The laws I found prohibit intentionally venting refrigerant into the atmosphere, which is a very different thing. I later took the car to another shop, and they recharged it without issue. They were actually confused as to why I had been told otherwise. What bothers me most is that I brought them a car with functioning A/C and one weak vent, and they returned it with no functioning A/C whatsoever. I was not clearly told beforehand that they would evacuate the system or that I would be leaving without A/C. I only discovered this when I picked up the car. Even worse, the technician notes I was sent stated that the system was both evacuated and recharged, which was clearly not the case.(Screenshot below) If this was an internal shop policy, that's one thing. But an internal policy and a legal requirement are very different things. After spending so much with this shop recently, I had been patient and understanding throughout the entire process, but this was the last straw. The staff may be courteous and professional, but that means very little when the actual service leaves the customer worse off. I cannot recommend this shop, and I will not be returning.

I am slightly mechanically inclined and therefore was under the assumption that the grinding noise my engine was producing was related to the tensioning and idle pulleys. The mechanic broke down the issue, cause, and solution to my "grinding" noise explaining in detail how we can solve the issue both short term and long term. Most importantly the automotive center team provided an estimate of cost ahead of time and stuck to their budget. They provided the best customer service at the lowest prices locally - with no painful haggling or negotiating which would be necessary at other places in town.

I left with the car and then a couple of weeks later the car was compleltey dead. I had to have it towed to a repair station to address the issue. More time and more money. This company, automtive center, never connetcted the battery cable properly so the car ran off the battery for a couple of weeks and the alternator was never charging the battery therefor the car died after two weeks. It is pretty basic to tighen the cables that go to the postive and negative teminals of a battery.
