I needed a cleaner for my car and happened to be driving past Advance Auto Parts. After entering…read morethe store, I started looking for the kind of cleaner I wanted. The shelves where the auto cleaners are, were not well filled. Many products were down to only one and some rows had no products. After looking for a few minutes and not finding anything, I went to the registers. They were busy and after standing in line, I finally asked a guy on the phone where the cleaners were located. He pointed back to where I had already been. Ok, I walked over and looked again and the cleaner was still not there. By the time I walked back to the registers, the customers were cleared out and no one was there. After a minute, a lady walked out from the shelves behind the registers, so I asked her where to find the cleaner I needed. She said she didn't work there and didn't know, so I left. When a customer is looking for an item, most stores have employees who finish up and then go help that customer. This store could definitely improve their customer service. I was thinking of three stars, but the service I got was more like no service.

After loosening the belt. Two bolts out and tap tap with the back of a large screwdriver and voila. I love working on trucks vs cars. I had one incident where a new starter motor for a diesel was defective (its solenoid was grounding and popping fuses). So bench test is recommended before install. Talk about a pain in the A55! This store is close to the house and usually have what I need, if not they can get parts ordered in 3 days. They take used oil and the staffing is good and they have a Que line to make sure that the next available customer is taken care in the fast order. before this it was pick a cashier and hope. Staff here are pretty regular. Quick and efficient they will put in wiper blades battery installs and check error codes if you have an OBDII 1996 all vehicles are required to be OBD II compliant.

( 1/2 star) Frustrating, Unprofessional, and a Complete Waste of Time…read more On September 22 at 4:15 PM, I went to Walmart Auto Service located at 5420 Juliet Blvd, Naples, FL 34109 to buy a battery for my 2015 Dodge Journey. I was told installation was free, but that promise quickly unraveled. The associate confirmed the battery location--behind the front bumper left front wheel, easily accessible by removing a plastic cover. But when he asked the mechanics to install it, they flat-out refused, saying it was "too much work." No inspection, no attempt--just a blanket refusal. I asked to speak with the auto service manager, Wilson, who claimed it was Walmart policy not to install batteries unless they're under the hood. When I asked to see this policy, he admitted he didn't know where it was written. He then changed his reasoning to "safety concerns," pointing at the plastic push pins, and finally settled on "too much work" as the ultimate excuse. I escalated to Victor, the acting store manager, who offered a hollow apology and said he'd pass it along to his superior. He didn't even ask for my contact info until I prompted him. I wrote it down myself. I bought the battery anyway, only to discover at home that it was the wrong one. Returned it, got a replacement--wrong again. The terminals were reversed. I had to go back a third time to find the correct battery myself. And guess what? I installed it at home in under 35 minutes. Walmart Auto Service failed at every level: poor communication, refusal to help, lack of accountability, and poor employees training selling the wrong product--twice.

This is a different kind of family operation....but it's a good one. Rebecca was great with communication. Joseph offered clear and precise repairs for my car and did so in a timely fashion. But my biggest shout out is for Jacob... he's the one that actually fixed my car and he was a very knowledgeable and explained the repairs. Keep this company in your contacts... because if you own a Mercedes or BMW (or other import) you'll want to have this one in your back pocket. PS: The actual bill was lower than the esimate. When the car failed to start, I contacted AAA, who recommended their authorized repair shop, Windermere Mercedes. While Windermere Mercedes identified several parts that needed replacement, including the headlight switch, Case 40 relay, hood release handle, and cable, their diagnostic charge of $170 per hour and overall service left much to be desired. During this process, I frequently communicated with Rebeca from Black Forest Mercedes Import. I was truly impressed by her exceptional assistance. Rebeca went above and beyond, researching and finding all the necessary part numbers, providing very competitive pricing, and offering repair estimates--all via SMS. Unlike other Mercedes repair shops that insisted on towing the car in and charging for diagnostics, Rebeca's proactive and prompt communication was unmatched. While Windermere Mercedes took days to procure the parts I paid for, Rebeca at Black Forest Mercedes Import was able to order the parts without requiring upfront payment. Eventually, I moved my car to Black Forest Mercedes Import, where Rebeca's brother completed the repairs in less than an hour while I waited. I am truly impressed by the honesty, knowledge, efficiency, and skill demonstrated by the team at Black Forest Mercedes Import. I'm glad to have found such a reliable and customer-focused repair shop. I would strongly recommend Black Forest Mercedes Import to anyone in need of exceptional automotive service. Thank you for your outstanding service. Tushar Shah

To say it's my pride and joy is an understatement - I am very fussy about keeping it nice, even all these years later. The quality of the work truly exceeded my expectations--especially given the age of the vehicle and my perfectionist attitude. The paint match is seamless, the finish is flawless, and the car looks refreshed and well cared for. These folks even went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the work was perfect I want to give special recognition to Grady, who I worked with throughout the process. He was professional, communicative, and genuinely took pride in making sure everything was done right. He took the time to explain the work, set clear expectations, and followed through exactly as promised. Given the sentimentality of the vehicle, other shops in the area wouldn't take me seriously for wanting to fix it because it isn't a flashy car - Grady understood, and that alone was worth its weight in gold. It wasn't just business for him, he understood why I cared so much about fixing the "minor" imperfections. And did it all well below the budget I had in mind. It's rare to find that level of attention and customer care these days. If you're looking for a paint and body shop that does high-quality work and treats you with respect, I highly recommend Doug Brann Paint & Body. Thank you
