I brought my car in before they opened and left my keys in the lockbox and came back to get my car after i was done at work and the exhaust was installed, they informed me of some setbacks but were able to get it installed still and charged me the original quote price which was 1/3 of what other shops quoted me. Will definitely come here in the future and have passed along the word to my family (family of 4 Audi's and a bmw), the guys i talked to were very nice and helpful and knew what they were doing.

AAA tow truck driver said "You will be glad AAA is is sending you to Tuffy's!" The next day a mechanic (not anyone who was there the day before) called me personally and told us he would not do the job without any further explaination. Took the car to VW a few weeks later. Car had no leak. Stains had been there for years and weren't recent or related to any problems. I will never go there again and it was a good lesson for both my son and I to witness such unethical scammy business behavior.

They advised me that the right front CV boot was leaking grease and the axel needed to be replaced. They showed me a picture of the CV boot and it appeared dirty. I asked if the boot was ripped and they said, "Obviously" that's why it's leaking grease. They wanted $681.00 to make the repair. I didn't let them complete the repair, because I didn't agree with their diagnosis. Later that day I brought the car to a certified Honda mechanic who inspected the vehicle and found nothing wrong with the CV boot, or the axel, but instead saw that the head gasket was leaking oil. That was the fluid that was on the boot. The mechanic completed the proper repair and advised me of a couple recommended repairs to complete in the future that Goodyear never mentioned. Goodyear completely misdiagnosed my car which could've cost me over $700.00 to repair the wrong issue. Unfortunately I can't trust them and will probably never go back to them again.
