Well they replace my starter and I go to pick up my car and the check engine light and traction control lights are on, they were not on before I took it in. So i go back inside and explain that and they tell me they didn't touch anything but the starter. They run a diagnostic and say my crank shaft censor needs to be replaced. At this point for the starter and crank shaft censor i'm already at $1000. Then after the replace the crank shaft sensor all of a sudden the timing in my engine is fully out of time and I'm being told it's a $5000+ to repair and the car will no longer even turn on, keys won't even lock the door. Gotten a few other opinions verbally, didn't take it anywhere else, but got told that if it was running perfectly fine before I took it in that it makes no sense that now all of a sudden the timing is out. These people are liars and scammers. Do NOT go here

He gave it a short test drive with us, confirmed our concerns, and pulled it into the garage and upon raising it up, quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem as a faulty tire that had basically warped/bloated and become uneven. The car was fixed that same day and at a reasonable price. Special shout out to Danielle, who bent over backwards to shuttle us to and from where we were staying. Being from out of town, it was so reassuring to know that we were treated the same as the locals and not taken advantage of, since we were in a bind. A year later I was back to get brakes done again, they claimed to have gotten a bad batch of rotors. A year later I was back to get a caliper replaced, the same one that they supposedly replaced before. They tried to claim it wasn't anything they did or didn't do and stated they don't know where the parts come from or what quality they are. They did eventually agree to replace the bad caliper but said they would not do any more work on my vehicles. A couple weeks later, as I was driving down the interstate the caliper came loose. Thankfully the bolt that came out completely was the top and not the bottom, that saved me from having a wheel lock up. Chung Brothers recommended that I continue driving down the interstate and tried to avoid responsibility. They did pay for another shop to work on the brakes after I threatened to take them to court if they refused. I just did work on my front wheels and found additional things missing from the brakes that reduced the lifespan but thankfully were not critical to safety. DO NOT GO TO CHUNG BROTHERS. AVOID THEM LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, IT MAY.

Nonetheless, I pulled up to the garage, and Josh met me outside with an understanding smile and a handshake. Upon noticing that I had an army of babies with me, he immediately helped get us into the spacious waiting room! He showed the girls the huge play area, with crayons, toys, books....you name it, and my favorite....a beautiful family heirloom -- A mini wooden rocking chair!!!! Josh informed me that it has been in the family for over 60 years!!!! Being a parent, and having your children in a situation where they have to wait in really any public setting brings it's own level of stress! That all melted away the moment we step foot in there. Now, getting down to the business side of things. Unfortunately, it was my starter that had completely gone bad. Josh reassured me that they could get it fixed, and had the part there in 5 minutes. He was completely up front and honest with the pricing of the part (pricey little bugger....which I already knew). He gave every discount he could find, including the mine discount! He kept me up to date on the timing of when my vehicle would be on the road again. Every rack in that place was full, and all of the mechanics were working hard to free a rack up for my vehicle. Josh explained that they were doing the best they could, to which I replied that we had every amenity that we needed and would be just fine.... That in fact I'm sure my kids wouldn't want to leave and it would be a struggle to get them to out of there, which it was! It wasn't 15 minutes later that Josh came over with a video showing me my new starter in its full glory....It was music to my ears after having to jump start my vehicle in the cold for the last 2 weeks; hoping the whole component didn't fail all together! And as soon as the video finished, he pointed over my shoulder out the window behind me. I turn around, and there's my "Silver Smokey" waiting right out front for us!!!! I was speechless! Josh explained that a mechanic named Gibson had seen me with my girls and didn't wait for a rack! He climbed under my vehicle; laying on the snow and ice to install the new starter! Gibson brought my keys in, just covered in snow and ice! He didn't have to do that, but he had told Josh he didn't want me waiting with all of my kids! That is what really tugged at my heart strings! When you look out for my kids, you have my heart, as well as a lifelong loyal customer!!!! I mean, Josh had already set the bar for how he treats his customers, and you just can't beat it!!!!
