I came here after a long search for a van or bus to convert into a home for me and my dog. We got forced out of our apartment last year because we couldn't pay all of rent through COVID and we were living in my car. Mikey was very responsive and made the experience great and easy. We took a little Chevy short bus on a test drive and everything seemed to be running fine. He talked about all the work he put into it and that I could focus on building the inside since mechanical work wouldn't need to be done for quite some time. Everything sounded wonderful and the purchase went quickly. I had the bus for about 3 months, drove less than 300 miles and broke down. After a couple more months of waiting to hear from a repair shop, I found out the engine was shot and the bus was nothing but scrap. I can't believe this company. I was (and still am now) HOMELESS; me and my dog, looking for a way out, and all they did was take every cent I had saved. I've reached out since, hoping for even an apology and I haven't heard anything. All they want is your money, they don't care what happens after you drive off the lot. read more

We went to buy a used car and had an approved bank loan and we're set to make the purchase. Michael was amazing, and helped us make the deal perfect. Unfortunately, it was passed closing time and we had to return the following morning. Once we were on the way the next day though, another worker Charlie had redone the contract. Completely changing the terms and prices that were agreed upon the night before. Without warning demanding an additional 2k as a down payment. Attempted to use another banks loan without my permission or disclosing that that is what they were doing. Luckily, I caught him say that the "BANKS " responded that I'd need 2k more. Knowing I was already approved through my bank, I was able to get in contact with them and they notified me that the percentages had been changed by the dealer. Be careful with this dealer. Overall, very shady dealership wouldn't suggest purchasing here if you finance through your own bank. read more

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They have caused me a whirlwind of stress, along with money worries and time deficits. I bought a car from them a few weeks ago, only to find out the car was completely undrivable and deemed unsafe by a local auto mechanic. There were over $3,000 in damage and repairs after Michael, the salesman, told me that the car had just been reconditioned and worked on. Specially stating the brakes had just been repaired, when in fact, the brakes were completely shot when I drove the car off the lot. This companies morals aren't only ethically wrong; they are deadly. I trusted this company full-heartedly and they took advantage of my age, independence, and vulnerability. I want to take the time to tell you about my experience at Auto Warehouse. Normally, I never post or leave reviews for any sites unless they are extremely bad or truly good. When it comes to buying used cars, I am always on the defense. Living in Loveland, I worked my way up the 287 hitting just about every used car lot in search of a truck. Not until the very end of the 287, just as you are about to leave Fort Collins, there is a lot called Auto Warehouse. These guys were amazing! Looking over the lot, I noticed a truck that seemed to fit all of my needs. As I looked over the truck, I asked plenty of questions. John's response was what set this place apart, "I don't know, let's go find out." No lies, no excuses, and no sugar coating. He just worked on getting the answers. He took the time to research and give me the information I needed. He also provided me with a Car Fax report that showed everything about the truck's history. He also brought out Ryan to show us every feature on the vehicle. Then, it came to finance. Whenever you talk money, it can get awkward and tense. Not here. The conversation was straight forward and professional. Ryan and John worked together to get us the best rate on our loan, and they also offered us an amazing trade-in price. Do not go here, I got my daughter a car for college from them and everything that can go wrong with a vehicle has gone wrong. The "warranty" we purchased does not cover a damn thing. Spent 2500$ so far fixing it and I still won't let my daughter drive it, and currently have her driving my vehicle as I don't feel safe with her in the one we got. Transmissions is currently slipping and the vehicle won't go over 60mph. Personally know 2 people that have gotten taken from this "company", do not go here. AGAIN, DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

Every time I called they answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed to get off the phone. I bought a Nissan titan from auto warehouse in Brighton Colorado it runs good but they failed to tell me it leeks and the rack and pinion is bad so not only did I over pay I'm still paying. I dont recommend buying from them they just want a pay check. Also the tires were bald and I asked about them and the sales guy said they should last another year but not the case needed ASAP . Ok so It wont let me write another review my daughter also went to the one in Brighton Colorado and she picked her car test drove it did the paperwork took it home and then these guys called her up and told her that they sold her th wrong car . WHAT DO YOU MEAN? Took.the car back and they switched cars wouldn't let her test drive it they said it's a newer car so they were doing here a favor. NOT THE CASE started driving it home sure its power everything though for a min cool deal . Looked up on the celing looked like someone was murdered in it then the check engine light came on. Called them right away and they were going home. How likely. Took it back the next day they said it is what it is. Then it started misfiring they said it's still under warranty called Nissan that problem not under warranty. GO FIGURE. Bottom line they will not help you AT ALL so be careful my friends read more

Very misleading and very poorly represented online as to what this business truly is. There is nothing giant or warehouse about it. Cars are heavily used and it reminds me of a buy here pay here lot with overly lax sales people and shoddy at best service after the sale. Look to two cars and dealt with Aaron. Neither vehicles detailed correctly or even to a satisfactory level filthy dirty inside in the maintenance had not been performed on either vehicle after they got these two units in. I would not recommend anyone waste their time at this used car dealer. Definitely much better options that are a lot more reputable available in Fort Collins. Only buy from this place if you have fully inspected the car. I bought a car here based on carfax, pictures and conversations with the sales team. To my horror, I purchased myself a giant dog kennel. I suspect the previous owner let their dog live in the car. Not only does the car smell like nasty dog excrement, my car detailing place alerted me to the fact that the carpets, leather upholstery and doors had been spray painted with fine layer of black paint to mask the dirt and defects. Unbelievable! After spending more than $500 on interior detailing, cleaning products, ozone machine treatments - the car still smells. Lesson learned. read more

So my first car I got had broken rotors, bad breaks and needed new calapers it was going to cost me $1,300. To fix it I was paying $2,400. For it I already gave them $1,900. Down payment. I heard some noise when driving not bad the guy told me it's just a 04 so it has some noise. Ok no took it a well known mechanic business around the US. They told me it's dangerous to drive. I took it back. They told me they will finance me another car or I can return my car I said ok so they got me into another car. Next day drove it on the highway to get immission started slipping into neutral then when I went to stop it felt like it was going to die. I called the dealership and they said you bought it "as is" so we can't help sorry. You get what you pay for ok will I'm paying almost $5,000. Ok called the finance company they won't help. Yesterday I took it to a mechanic and he said you need to take this car to (won't say the name of Transmissions business) because "I WILL NOT WORK ON THIS TRANSMISSION you need to drop it off there be very careful driving it YOUR TRANSMISSION IS LITERALLY ABOUT TO EXPLODE" I started giggling thinking he was just over dramatic and he said to me "I AM NOT JOKING WITH YOU, YOUR TRANSMISSION ABOUT TO EXPLODE TAKE IT (TRANSMISSION COMPANY) AND DROP IT OFF DO NOT DRIVE THIS CAR ANYMORE IT IS VERY VERY DANGEROUS. SO NOW I AM VOLUNTEERARALY SURRENDERING THE CAR. IT'S NOT WORTH ANYTHING WASN'T EVEN WORTH $1,500. NOW I'M STUCK WITH A REPO ON MY CREDIT HISTORY AND OUT $1,900. It has been awhile now since I have had my experience with Auto Warehouse. I guess it is hard to find an honest used car place, but thought with their decent (looking) selection, i may have some luck here. I saw a jeep I liked, the exact one I had been looking for, and went in. After asking for an outrageous price and down payment (to be expected) I tried to talk them down, no luck, the men there were very pushy with me. I finally got them down to a price I thought may be decent, but with a huge downpayment. After test driving the car again, I found it made a weird noise they described as "Jeep noise." (apparently clanking is Jeep noise) I was in the office and about to leave, and they kept trying to talk me into another car, an ugly car I had no interest in, I told them I was NOT going to look at any other cars there, and not even going to test drive it. They kept insisting that it was within my price range (the jeep was too, I just did not want to buy a piece of crap). Then, out came the most disgusting thing I have ever heard any used car salesman say, "You know, sometimes we have to do things that we don't want to do." WHAT????............WHAT!!!!!!!??????? Let me get this straight. Sometimes we have to test drive a piece of crap car, then when we want to leave, we are cornered in an office with guys trying to sell you a car you didn't even care to test drive????? I never let anyone I know even entertain the idea of going there to look at cars. The salesmen are disgusting, and the cars are crap. Stay away. read more

Auto warehouse sold me an unsafe vehicle that needed immediate serious repairs to make it so I can drive it. I would NEVER recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here. I recently purchased a lifted truck from Auto Warehouse at the sales price of $9000. I was told they needed to have a brake cylinder repaired before they could sell it to me. They repaired the part, and then I signed the standard "sold as is" waiver. I purchased it as is knowing that there may be a few repairs or so unseen that I'd need to have done. I took it to a mechanic to have it looked over plus an alignment and oil change. Turns out, chevy tells me that they can't align it due to extreme damage that an improper lift has caused. I then take the vehicle to 4 wheel parts. They tell me that to have the truck sitting as I purchased it and with all urgent repairs done, it'll cost me $3800!!!. The other option was to lower the truck, do safety issue repairs, and that would cost me $1800!! Since Auto warehouse had their mechanics look at the truck and repair a brake issue, they KNEW it had serious issues such as dangerously damaged ball joints, tie rod ends, etc and sold it to me anyway. To get the truck I thought I was buying at $9000, I'd have to spend another almost $4000!!. Instead, because i cant afford that, I've had to spend almost $2000 to lower and repair it...therefore not getting the truck I wanted and they led me to believe I was getting!! There is no way their mechanic didn't know. They knowingly sold me an unsafe, defective vehicle. There are a lot of dealerships out there, and I recommend everyone go look somewhere else. I trusted them and got a lemon. They even tried to say I didn't let them know about my situation, but I have texts back and forth with the salesman Matt telling him about it. They have my phone, email, and address if they wanted to help. I've heard nothing. read more
