I had some expired birthday discount coupons that the store (customer service told me) can override that the ladies there told me they could not do. So I went to the AA and the canton locations and got it taken care of by both locations. But my last visit went better. There was an older gentleman and a younger woman who I kicked off with immediately. They took care of me and my coupon snaffu that visit right away and easily. It's a good average like location from the little I've been there and used it. If I need something major or harder to find so far I believe the canton location is better. So far. But my last visit left me feeling better about this location.

They asked if I needed help with anything and I got my tail light bulbs and my questions answered. The customer service was great and they were patient with answering my questions. One thing I noticed that when the worker asked if I would like to sign up for a frequent rewards membership, I said yes. It's cool to know that you can look forward to discounts as you shop. I'm looking forward to see what else they offer down the road.

The store located on East Michigan Avenue is Ypsilanti, has only been open now for three years and is very modern on the inside. Moreover, the staff at this store are very friendly and knowledgeable, and will help you find what you're looking for in a hurry. I highly recommend Murray's over the other auto stores in the area. They are clearly the best, and carry a very broad inventory of items.

Employee said yes as long as it's not a mess. We drove the one mile back and it ended up being the alternator. Was told they wouldn't return the battery. Manager said the employee was new and it wasn't her problem "that's not on me." Apparently being a manager means nothing. Correcting your employees mistakes is on the manager. Was told by the employee she has let other customers do it in the past so apparently she just decided we weren't worthy. She was just unprofessional even an apology from her would've gone a long way vs "that's not on me."
