The first visit was very long with no explanation for why. When the vehicle was finished, the service staff basically gave me the paperwork and said everything was fine. No great, but I figured that the next visit would be better. NO! I brought in the Telluride yesterday for a scheduled maintenance visit. Once again, long wait. Now the car is leaking fluid all over my new concrete driveway and I can't get my service representative to return my calls after two . I'm leaving now to drive back to the dealership. UGH, not using this dealership ever again!

If the volume of the ringer is set at a reasonable decibel so it can be heard but not startling, the person calling cannot be heard inside the car. If the volume of the caller voice is adjusted to be able to understand, the volume of the ringer is so loud it is startling and is a safety issue on the next call. The dealership was unable to resolve the issue. It was then passed to corporate. Corporate provided a solution that did not work. Then corporate told me they could not do anything about it and accept it. The cost of the automobile would seem to provide a working way to use a phone conveniently.

Finding a mechanic in the city that won't screw you over on price when you have to take your car in…read morefor a fix is like finding a needle in a haystack. However, I'm pretty sure I found the needle. AAC is a very friendly, reasonable, and honest family owned business that tells you like it is. They don't up charge you on labor like other auto places and dealerships do. A few years ago, my car check engine light came on after work hours on a Friday, and didn't have time to take it up to the dealership. So, I went on Google, and tried this place out. And at the time, it was only a mile from where we lived. Now that we've moved 20 minutes away, we don't even think about looking for a mechanic closer to us. We don't even think twice. For being a first time customer, they immediately helped me out on the cost pretty drastically. They obviously know how to reel you in. And the more you come back, the more they're willing to work with you. And if you need something done over the weekend, you can drop your car at their shop, after business hours on Friday, and they'll most likely have it done for you by Saturday afternoon before they close at 12:00....as long as it's not a major project. And after they're done fixing your car, they take it out for some test drives to make sure that the work they did has fixed your car.

Then in the afternoon my husband reached out to the garage again and was told it was not in the garage yet. So, my husband waited all day from 7am to 4:45pm with no vehicle. When I got home at 4:45pm he had told me he hadn't heard anything. We decided we would go to the garage to see what was going on with our vehicle. When we got to the garage we were told it had just got in the garage and they were beginning to look at the vehicle. The guy in the office was a complete jerk and very disrespectful. He said to us "what do you want me to do call you every 5 minutes". I then reminded him that he hadn't even called us once. He said I don't know what you expect me to do we had 6 appointments that specific day. I asked him if he rather us go somewhere else. His reply was go someplace else. That is exactly what we did. Our vehicle needed brakes, tire sensors, rotate tires and a new reflector on the bumper. We will not go back there or recommend this place. Never had this issue in past with this garage.

Tripped over his words a lot and I did not think anything of it at first-I do not judge people. At 4pm my husband and I decided to start the process. We met Michael Mather business manager. Nice gave all our information. Agreed on 1000.00 down, would have done more but it's thanksgiving holidays duh? And they said OK no problem. Next day we offered to trade in our BMW. They said it would be better, so we said OK. All day this Stephen Benet had me going back and forth down 28thst to my husband's work for finishing the paperwork. It seemed extensive. At 230 stephen asked me again can you put even more money down? I said no for reasons stated before and agreed upon. Stephen was stumbling his words, stuttering when I asked him if they wanted me to go to the credit union for the payoff, he said they were still working on it. An hour later Stephen said they will call me later?? I came right out and said how shady he was acting is this going to work. Are you Stephen Benet and Michael Mather refusing me based on the fact I do not want to give you more money? They act like its Their Christmas money for them to spend on their family?? Sketchy. He told me there was a Cadillac on the lot he wanted to buy. He acted like this was the one he wanted. I said we have been nothing but honest and straight forward. I directly asked him if this was it??? He was again stuttering, um um um I really can't say we are still working on it. I said it is better to be honest, because coming back here we will have a bad taste in our mouths. I said call me later? Stephen said yes. I said goodbye and Stepen said IT WAS NICE TO MEET YOU!!!!! OMG THAT TOLD ME THEY REFUSED ME FOR NOT GIVING THEM MORE MONEY!! I CHECKED OUR CREDIT WITH CHASE AND WE WERE NOT DENIEDED AND DIDN'T HAVE TO TURN IN MY BMW PLUS 1000 WAS ENOUGH. WE GOT MORE IN A CAR LOAN AND WE CAN GO WHEREVER WE WANT--NOT HARVEY THAT'S FOR SURE!! Sad BE AWARE of car sales men and the finance manager looking for more money when it doesn't add up? They are pocketing the money even Tho it shows on paper. This is their job-they can get away with it. Just be careful at places like Harvey Cadillac-BEVERYLY HILLS OF GR a place where you think you would be safe.... Not necessarily. DO NOT TRUST STEPHEN BENET AND MICHAEL MATHER. OH STUDDERING WAS JUST BECAUSE HE WAS NERVOUS NOT A DEFECT. AS A NURSE I WOULD NEVER JUDGE DISABILITIES, THIS GUY STEPHEN BENET DID NOT HAVE IT HE WAS JUST GUILTY....
