When i was showed a truck, motor and transmission work properly and not even 300 miles later thick white smoke comes out exhaust, they said it bad gas, held my truck nearly two months. Still not fixed. Needs a motor and transmission. You would think the warranty company is valid, bullshit, not covered because "pre existing" meaning the issue was there before the truck was given. My boyfriend bought a car from here and they didn't tell us that the engine was bad, they lied to us with the description, they have told us to bring it to supreme tires for Chris to take care of and he went on vacation. If you buy a car from here take your chances. My best friend bought a truck from them and it was a total crap truck. He had the truck not even 300 miles and the engine is putting out blue smoke. They say it's bad gas. Then they insist to bring it to their friends mechanic called supreme tires down the road and it sits there for one full month for them to diagnose it and say to use premium gas when they gave him an extended warranty. The blue smoke was from the motor and ram dealership said it needs a new motor. These guys say it's bad gas. So my friend brings it to New York to work and the transmission goes. A repair facility in Long Island calls the warranty company and they say it's a pre existing issue. These guys buy cars from junk auctions and they make you believe something is right when it's crap. I nearly lost my life to the unethical practices of Auto Valley Group. The day after I bought my car from them, after driving less than 80 miles, the car seized up and shut down on a crowded highway, giving me less than 3 seconds to avoid other cars and steer the dead car off the road. A less experienced driver would have been unable to avoid a life-threatening collision. My mechanic examined the car, and explained that Auto Valley Group had manually wiped several 'check engine' codes. Before buying the car, I had brought it to a mechanic for a pre-inspection purchase, as everyone responsible buyer should. But that mechanic had been unable to identify manually wiped codes, which Auto Valley Group of course knew. Everyone at AVG is friendly. They will smile, laugh, and not think twice about the life-threatening danger of selling you a car with wiped codes, so you have no foresight into your car shutting down at any moment. Fortunately, I was able to avoid a collision and serious injury. But I was left stranded on the highway, without a car for days, and with thousands of dollars in repair bills. read more

I purchased a 2012 VW Jetta, I had the car for a week and it let me sitting on the highway 3 hours from home. I talked to the manager and had the car towed to the garage he told me to take it to. They had the car sent to another garage, that was June 3, 2023. I'm now stuck having to replace the engine in a car I only had for a week!!! The warranty they had me purchase for $1700.00 is useless since it doesn't cover the issue which is the head gasket. I was told its not like I put 200 miles on the car, I had put over 1,000 miles. read more

My initial impression of this business was at first favorable, they seemed to have gathered some good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I purchased a 2009 Ford Escape which on the surface seemed like a decent vehicle. The vehicle had already been inspected which gave me a year before I had to do it again. This is when the problem occurred. I was informed by two PA inspection stations, including one that they had recommended that this vehicle would not pass inspection. I stopped by the establishment and was informed that the manager wouldn't be back until next week and that he would get in touch with me but never did. The man behind the counter said something to the effect like, "Well, it is used." Bottom line: I paid over six thousand dollars for a car that I was only able to drive for less than a year. This put me in the position of having to get another car quickly. I was given only 1,000.00 on the trade-in due to its condition. I understand that used car dealerships can be dumping grounds for vehicles that people have abused or no longer want, but this car should never have been cleared for sale in the state of Pennslyvania and at this point, I'm curious as to who inspected this car last. read more

I star is 1 star to many. I purchased a dodge ram 1500 from the one they call Stan lol. Was assured I was buying a great truck to only drive 13 miles from their dealership in Stroudsburg and have the motor blow at 50 mph. Then they had the truck for 38 days and put what Stan says a lot of time and money into it. I picked up the truck and drove it approximately 22 miles and every dash light lite up like a Christmas tree. Well Stan says no worries I got you 100% ITS just a censor and bring it back up to some garage for a appointment to fix it. Well I got to drive this dodge ram for less that 60 miles and the 2nd motor blew while on cruise control at 68mph. I fought with Stan for a total of 3 months and only had the truck 3 days. They will lie to your face with a smile knowing they got your money. This was one of the worst experiences buying a vec in 53 years and I recommend staying far away from these so called salesman. read more

We drove a total of 16 hrs (4 hours, one way) from Massachusetts to check out my husbands dream truck. We made sure to get there right when they opened. I always dread buying cars but they brought the price down to where we needed and gave me what I asked for, for my trade in.everyone was professional and polite. Now we bought the truck in "as in" condition, and that's always a gamble. No warranty. We also had to go through our own bank and get our own loan. They did however give us temporary plates to drive back to mass. All in all, it was a pleasant experience for us. We knew we were taking a risk, especially in a different state. However, the process was as smooth as it can be and we feel we got a great vehicle for a decent price! We couldn't be happier! My only recommendation would be to Do your homework, know what you're looking for, and make sure you check the vehicle out top to bottom first. They buy and sell, they don't fix. read more

Do not buy a car from this dealership unless you want to pay $$$ after purchasing the vehicle. I bought a car from there and EVERYTHING is going wrong with it after a year. I already fixed the breaks and now have an additional $5000 worth of things broken including the trans. They push warranties because they know things will go wrong. I even tried to trade it in and only got offered $1000 for it because the dealership said the car is worthless. Also, when things go wrong, they will never call back. Only text. I would not recommend this dealership. We felt rushed into making a decision, Salesman Stas knew VERY little about the car we were looking at. And they were general type questions such as "What have you done to the car since you've had it?" "Does it have 2 keys?" "What is the code to the radio?" Which he didn't know but explained that they were getting a new one because they didn't know what it was. (because it wasn't even on for us to see if it worked!) We told him that all he needed to do was contact the dealer and find out how to go about getting it. News to him. He couldn't even answer us as to why the radio was not connected in the first place. Instead of addressing our questions and trying to get us answers, he asked " Who is the car for anyway?" Really? What does it matter to him. Our son just got his license and has never bought a car. I could go on but why? While we did end up purchasing the car, because in our experience VWs are dependable and somewhat speak for themselves, we DEFINATELY did not walk away with a warm and fuzzy feeling. Bought a 2010 toyota sienna here .. sales men had absolutely no idea the features of the car .. had no idea that it had power sliding doors ... I let him know of all of the problems before purchasing so that I can get a cheaper price. The car was at 5,995 i got it for 5000.he assured me all will be fixed when I get the car .. took 1 week to get the title .. they sold me a piece of shit auction car from boston with a blown fuse bad brakes and rotors broken power sliding doors electricity in this thing is all out . There was barely any oil coolant or anything in the car .but dont worry I brought it their trustworthy mechanics and they would fix all those problems right? Wrong ! Got the car back they just slapped the old inspection sticker from Boston on it and gave me the car the same way I saw it on the lot with no fluids and with all of its problems also had a nasty noise driver side. I tell the owner and he tells me that he gave me 1 k off from the car ... when i played cash for the whole thing. They told me they would order the part for the sliding doors than 2 weeks later tells me that they cant fix it ..also sales person told me 6 months warranty and tried to give me 3 . Went in for 2 appointments to get the car fixed and only got an oil change that I had keep bothering them for and a fuse once they sell you the car you would barely here from them.The ac also came broken let them know that and was in bill of sale and guess what ? Guess right again didn't fix that either had the car about a month now going to junk it tomorrow.
