I tried calling them to discuss it for three days straight leaving multiple messages for my rep Christian C. at ext 510 and on the general voice mail box but got no response. They say you can "chat" with a representative on their web site but this is not true. You can fill out a short form that says you will get a "prompt" response. I submitted the form twice in three days and got no response at all. I gave up and started getting quotes from other transport companies and they were lower. Avoid this company.
