I needed a new, hopefully honest and reasonable car repair shop in the area as my old one just…read morewasn't cutting it. After some research online I came across Cliffs! Their great reviews about being treated fairly and "like family" was really what brought me in. I wanted to believe in a car repair shop again. Not everyone is out to bleed you dry. My car had been having some really rough muffler sounds that escalated over time .. so I brought it into Cliff himself (sweetest nicest man ever!) and he referred me to another shop that handles mufflers since my issue was a small one. Cliff could have handled it there but the OEM repair would have been too expensive and unreasonable when I can just get a quick weld job at a nearby muffler shop. Cliff did not charge me a dime for that first visit, to check my car or anything!! Wow! I was very grateful to him and vowed to return business again. The following week I returned my car to get some Maint eve work done, tune up, etc. and it was just as pleasant! Shanna helped me in setting up a loaner while my car was in the shop and they were even faster than what originally thought! She is very sweet to deal with and super nice. Seems like everyone here are just good people. I don't know about you but if there's anything I would wish for is doing business with good people like this!! On January 2, 2026, I drove over an hour to Auto Tire Express after calling ahead and being told to…read more"come right on" for a 4-wheel alignment and tire rotation using a Groupon. When I arrived, the front desk told me the alignment tech was unavailable. Only after I explained that their boss personally told me to come did they suddenly say he was on lunch and would return in 10 minutes. That information should have been provided immediately. After service was completed, I was told my tire pressure had been checked -- it had not. I had to make them correct that before leaving. On my drive home, my car began shaking badly at highway speed. I immediately stopped at my trusted tire shop, where I learned Auto Tire Express had rotated my staggered rims front-to-back instead of rotating the tires only. My vehicle is a 2022 Chevrolet Camaro with factory staggered wheels. These should NEVER be rotated front to back. This is Tire Service 101. This error caused dangerous vibration and could have resulted in serious damage or an accident. I called Auto Tire Express immediately & was told they closed in 30 minutes. They refused to stay open to correct their mistake, even after I explained I was traveling at 5:00 AM the next morning. They offered to send someone at noon the next day, which was useless. I was forced to pay $120 out of pocket to have another shop fix their error. They refunded only the original $44 charge. This business advertises alignments and tire rotations, yet their staff lacks the most basic vehicle-specific knowledge. This was not poor customer service -- it was negligence that put my safety at risk. Trying to save money cost me more and nearly compromised my vehicle. I will never return and strongly warn others to think twice before trusting this shop with their car.

I have been taking my vehicles to honest-1 for a few years now, and I'm realizing that I've never…read moregiven a review. These guys are awesome! They are exactly exactly what their name says. They are honest and, in my opinion, absolutely number one. They have always been more than fair in pricing, but even more than that, they have always been straightforward with my vehicles have never pressured me to do anything that I didn't feel was necessary. They've always been good to give me a plan for what might need attention down the road, but never tried to sell me on service I didn't need. Never once have I ever felt like I've been taken advantage of. That goes the same for my wife. I have a classic 1997 Ford F150 and about four years ago I got some brake-work done by another mechanic in town. When I got the vehicle back, the brakes were worse than before! After going back multiple times to make it right, I finally washed my hands and walked away. I went to TWO other recommended mechanics after that to tried to get the situation correctly diagnosed and resolved. Both places said nothing was wrong even after a test drive with me in the vehicle each time. I started to think that it was just the fact that my truck was older. But after going to honest-1 for other things like oil changes and some engine work, I told them about my brakes situation. They took a look and found the problem in no time. And in just a few hours, they had me back on the road and now my brakes work beautifully!! Smooth and controlled! Just like they're supposed to be. Anthony and the team at Honest-1 are phenomenal. I'm giving 5 stars and I didn't get work done. I took my car because it was leaking coolant and…read moreoil. Long story short, apparently the amount of oil consumed is normal for my car. The coolant leak is from an auxiliary radiator. I drive a CTS-V, so its not your basic cooling system. They were honest with me and said they have never changed that system on a V and wouldn't feel comfortable doing so. They could have easily just winged it just to get my money. But, they were honest about it and didn't even charge me for diagnosing the issue since they couldn't work on it. Definitely taking my other cars here when they need something.
