I will forever be loyal to auto tech and Sam the owner of this establishment. I took my 2006 Nissan frontier to him for an evaluation for a rear end that needed replacement. He evaluated this truck then shopped around in order to find the best price for the part. Most places wouldn't even perform an evaluation without charging an arm and a leg. While my truck was at his shop I was driving my second car a 2000 Toyota echo and it broke down on me during my lunch break. I called Sam and told him that my second car broke down and would he evaluate it for me if I had it towed there. I towed my car there he fixed it in one day because I needed transportation, then continued to shop around for my truck part. When he found the part he called me to make sure that I was ok with the price of the rear end (differential, shocks, axle, emergency brake etc). He repaired my truck in half a day, the dealership told me it would take them 3-4 days. When he called me to tell me my truck was ready I remembered that I had a power window that was not working and asked if he could fix it. He said he would take a look at it. By the time I got to his shop at the end of the day he had already fixed the window, I'm sure that would have been an extra day at the dealership. Auto tech repair fixed my truck for 1/3rd of the cost that the dealership quoted me and much faster too. He is cheaper than the local firestone, Goodyear, Christian Brothers, and Raleigh tire. As stated I will forever be loyal to this establishment. Sam is a hardworking, honest family man who does right by his customers . He has earned my trust and my future business. read more
