I was informed by Frank, the owner, that certain repairs were not covered under the warranty, requiring me to pay out of pocket for parts and even travel five hours to Massachusetts to obtain one myself. Despite these efforts, the same issue persists, and the vehicle remains unreliable. Additionally, the dealership refused to provide an itemized receipt for the work allegedly performed, and I have evidence that my signature was forged on certain documents. I believe the vehicle's defects were known prior to sale and intentionally concealed.
